Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Steinach: Small, cosy house "sHüttl reloaded", surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, in a quiet position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, parking at the house. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 450 m, bus stop "Schule" 350 m, railway station "Steinach" 1.2 km. Slopes 500 m. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 26 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bergeralm 500 m, Stubaier Gletscher 42 km.

900 - 2'113 m a.s.l. >>The Wipptal is one of the most beautiful Alpine valleys. It includes 11 communities with unique characteristics. Here you can experience the diversity of this Tyrolean holiday region, with the towns of Matrei, Steinach and Gries, as well as the Obernberg valley. Unspoiled countryside, numerous hiking and mountain climbing and superb mountain bike trails attract nature lovers and run through one of the largest larch forests of the Tyrol. The Obernberger lake is approx 1600 m above sea level - the emerald green water is too cold for swimming, but with a rowing boat so you can discover the largest natural lake in the Stubai Alps. Holiday centre, 24 km south from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities.

Steinach-Bergeralm with water adventure world "Baerenbachl" (nature-water-study course), gondola lift and double chair lift for summer/hiking. All watersports available in Steinach. Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Rinn 25 km. Summer skiing in Stubaiergletscher 45 km. Paragliding. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

Ski-region Steinach-Bergeralm, total of 6 lifts. Total 23 km ski runs. Ski school, children's ski school from 4 years old. 90 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Night skiing 3 times a week 7 km away. Unspoiled slopes to ski on at Nösslachjoch.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!

Het huisje voldeed wat ons betreft aan de beschrijving en foto's en daarmee aan onze verwachting. Enig puntje was dat niet duidelijk was war het huisje zich bevond op het perceel t.o.v. het woonhuis. Onze verachting was dat het huisje zich achter in de tuin zou bevinden, maar bleek vrijwel naast de woning te liggen. Indien beide dan gebruik maken van het terras is de privacy minder als verwacht.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund zu zweit eine Woche in diesem schönen Chalet. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es trotz Nachbarn ein sehr zurückgezogenes Häuschen ist, wo man jederzeit seine Ruhe hat und sich unbeobachtet fühlen kann. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass wir jeden Tag kochen konnten. Das Bett ist superbequem und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder herkommen an diesen schönen Ort.

Alles is aanwezig in dit kleine verblijf. Je zit wel vlak langs een drukke weg maar die hoor je in principe niet. Voor de honden was het iets minder geschikt omdat je deze drukke weg moet over steken om ze uit te laten en het is niet echt een fijn wandelgebied. Er is wel een pad naar een weiland maar daar kregen we al snel een boze boer achter ons aan. Je zit wel vlakbij allerlei faciliteiten zoals supermarkten e.d. . Al met al een prima plek maar zou het niet aanraden met actieve honden.
