View of the sea and the dunes. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 10 (kleine wagen) (1 car) at 100 m. Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Summer

Many sporting and leisure activities during the months of July and August. Volleyball, basketball, badminton, squash, golf, several mini-golf courses, boules, table tennis, bowling. Walking and jogging in the Maria-Hendrika park or on the sandy beach, horse riding, canoeing, sailing, swimming pool. Sandy beach, 7 km long, up to 150 m wide, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course 9 hole in Wellington Golf Oostende. Minigolf. Super Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und sehr direktem Zugang über Düne an den Strand. Wohnung im 5./6.OG mit ordentlichem Mobiliar. Vorteile: Komfortable Couch, gute technische Ausstattung des Hauses. Nachteile: Sehr laut, da alle Fenster und Türen im Haus und auch nach außen nicht akustisch dicht sind. Straßenlärm 24/7. Garage wegen Einbau so eng, dass unser Kombi genau 1cm (!) vorn und hinten Luft hatte. Nur 5 Gabeln, kaum mehr Besteck und Service - viel zu wenig Keine Garderobe

Schöne, große Wohnung, super Lage, würde ich wieder nehmen Contra: Der Check in war etwas schwierig zu finden.\nIn der Wohnung müssten hier und da kleine Schönheitsreparaturen gemacht werden.

Die Wohnung ist alt und müsste an der einen oder anderen Stelle überarbeitet und renoviert werden. Sie liegt sehr zentral und nah zum Strand. Was ein absolutes NO-GO ist, ist die erhebliche Geruchsbelästigung. Bei unserer Ankunft stank die Wohnung sehr stark nach Fisch. Dieser wurde evtl. von den Vormietern gebraten. Trotz tagelangem Lüften ist der Geruch nicht verschwunden. Dieses trübte den Aufenthalt erheblich.

Die Wohnung ist so weit gut ausgestattet, sauber, groß und super gelegen. Auf ein Auto kann man gut verzichten, da Tram und alles Nötige in direkter Nähe ist.

Les poêles de cuisines sont trop vieilles et tout colle. Nous avons du garer notre véhicule à l l'exterieur car nous n avons j'aimais pu ouvrir le garage ! .
