Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 pull-out bed (1 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Balcony 7 m2, south-west facing position balcony 5 m2, north-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the town. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house.

Modern, comfortable apartment block "Parklane", 3 storeys, built in 2011. 700 m from the centre of Bredene Aan Zee, in a quiet, sunny position, 250 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, road to cross, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 800 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 700 m, bicycle rental 750 m, tram "Kusttram De Lijn", bus stop "De Lijn" 50 m, railway station "Station Oostende" 4 km, sandy beach "Twins" 250 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Marina 3 km, surf school 200 m, tennis 1 km, minigolf 1 km, riding stable 3 km, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: Hangtime 1.5 km, Fort Napoleon 2 km, Sealife Blankenberge 17 km, Plopsaland De Panne 33 km, Oostende 4 km, Brugge 23 km. Hiking paths: Beeweg, Duinpanpad, Spuikompad. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Bredene. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Oostende

Town, directly by the sea, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, night club, casino, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema. Wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna.

Summer

Many sporting and leisure activities during the months of July and August. Volleyball, basketball, badminton, squash, golf, several mini-golf courses, boules, table tennis, bowling. Walking and jogging in the Maria-Hendrika park or on the sandy beach, horse riding, canoeing, sailing, swimming pool. Sandy beach, 7 km long, up to 150 m wide, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course 9 hole in Wellington Golf Oostende. Minigolf. Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths, children's hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Maria Hendrikapark".

Wunderschöne Wohnung, ruhig in einer Seitenstraße im 3. OG gelegen, mit Aufzug erreichbar in perfekter Lage. In der Wohnung ist alles perfekt durchdacht und für einen Urlaub vorhanden. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 5 Personen genutzt, es gibt eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung. Ruhige Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und schöner, ruhiger Dünenstrand sind füßläufig erreichbar. Sehr sauber. Sehr netter mehrsprachiger Kontakt über interhome.

Dit is een mooi en ruim appartement, met zowat alle voorzieningen die je kunt wensen. Aan de rand van de gemeente gelegen, dus wat verder van winkels; maar wel rustig, en op een boogscheut van het strand en de duinen.

Wie fanden die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, das Doppelbett ist extrem hart und man sich immer mehr gewünscht das die Urlaubszeit hier bald vorüber ist. Wie angeben ist bei dieser Wohnung kein Parkplatz dabei, die Interhome-Verwaltung war sehr bemüht diesen Fehler auszugleichen und auch sofort ein Reinigungsteam zu schicken um erstenmal die Wohnung zuputzen - WC's, Küche und Glasfronten waren voll mit Dreck vom Vorgänger. Gegend ist sehr ruhig - Abends ist hier nichts los.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, lediglich wird die Instandhaltung und Reinigung vernachlässigt, bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung noch total vom Vorgänger verdreckt, die Lüftung funktionierte nicht, WC-Sitz und Handtuchhalter locker, kein Wasser am Handwaschbecken im unteren WC, Duschablauf läuft nicht ab, Jalousien an den Dachfenstern teilweise defekt, Körbe der Spülmaschine verrostet, Waschmaschine schimmelt im Pulverfach, Dampfbügelstation (defekt), es ist kein Parkplatz vorhanden obwohl dies bei uns so ausgeschrieben war, Doppelbett ist extrem hart und somit eine Tortur. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig - für Nachtschwärmer ungeeignet ohne das Auto rausziehen zu müssen - für den Tourismus zuwenig geboten.

Die Erwartungen an die Wohnung wurde noch übertroffen. Die Ausstattung war deutlich besser als in dee Beschreibung. Spielzeug und Spiele waren im Überfluss vorhanden. Strandutensilien ebenfalls. Sehr angenehm waren die beiden separaten Toiletten, Bad ohne Toilette. Die Wohnung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, hochwertige Möbel, echte Gemälde an den Wänden etc. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Fussweg zum Strand ca. 200 m.
