Single-family house, built in 1985. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Terrace (20 m2), children's playground. In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. Golf course 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Nexø

Small, cosy resort with 4'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 35 km south-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Vaerftet Playground 2 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 35 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Surfing. Fishing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Ein sehr ordentliches, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, aber dennoch zentraler Lage.

In Nexö gibt es viele Einkaufsmölichkeiten . Die Rogeri( Räucherei ) in Nexö ist der Hit . Super tolle Stände . ES ist einfach Herrlich , wir werden wieder kommen

Vi fik en varm og solrig uge, ... Tony H.

Vi fik en varm og solrig uge, men havde det været en regnfuld og blæsende uge var der ikke noget TV der var brugbar til at fordrive tiden med, fordi udlejer havde fjernet satellit boksen så tv’et ikke kunne bruges. Selv efter to henvendelser til bureauet skete der ikke noget, så vi måtte bruge vores iPad til at se film og andre nyheder. Men der blev heldig aldrig tid til den slags, da det var sommer og sol og ingen vind, så vi fik set rigtig meget af skønne Bornholm. Og vi kommer igen til solskinsøen en anden gang.

Wir waren das 2, Mal da und kommen nächstes Jahr gern wieder. Das Haus gefällt uns sehr gut und überhaupt die ganze Insel ist Spitze.

Vi er meget tilfredse med valget af sommerhus. Det ligger ret tæt på offentlig vej, men helt uden støj. Det er anden gang vi har dette hus og alt fungerede perfekt.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in d...

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und auch diesmal wieder sehr zufrieden. Es liegt sehr Zentral für Einkäufe, Strand, Radtouren und auch zum Essen gehen. Wir bevorzugen in Nexo das Culinarium. Klaus kocht und Katharina handelt den Service. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Sobald unser Terminplan steht wird gebucht. Vi havde skønt vejr. Sommerhus...

Vi havde skønt vejr. Sommerhuset mangler solparasoller. Og en effektiv udryddelse af myre i huset. Jeg vælger ikke huset mere. Har været der 2 år i træk.
