Single-family house, built in 2006. 800 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'160 m2. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Knebel

Small resort with 650 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 17 km east from Ebeltoft, 50 km north-east from Århus, 50 km south-west from Grenaa. In the resort: grocery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 17 km. Besides: pharmacy 17 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 17 km. National park Mols Bjerge 4 km, Sights Molslaboratoriet Natural History Museum 9 km, Glasmuseet Ebeltoft 19 km, Kattegatcenter Grenaa 45 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 34 km, Zoo Ree Safari Park 30 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland 30 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Begtrup Strand 5 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Kalø Golf Club 18 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Das Ferienhaus liegt inmitten einer wunderbaren Natur. Man kann vom Haus direkt sehr schöne Spaziergänge zum Meer unternehmen, welches zu Fuß durch eine tolle Landschaft in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Region strahlt viel Ruhe und Natürlichkeit aus. Neben vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten bieten sich auch schöne Fahrradtouren an.

Fantastische vakantieperiode gehad, geldt zowel voor de vakantiewoning als voor de omgeving. Bijzonder rustig gelegen woning met alle comfort en privacy. Prachtige wandelingen in de buurt gemaakt.

I første omgang valgte vi huse... Haidee W.

I første omgang valgte vi huset ud fra beliggenheden på Helgenæs. Og specifikt mikro-beliggenheden på en stejl grund med suveræn udsigt til et stort bølget mark-område med vidt udsyn, uden andre huse inden for synsvidden. Men selve sommerhuset er så ualmindeligt dejligt, lyst og rart at være i, at man straks er "hjemme". Nyere, enkelhed - og kvalitetsbevidsthed - i indretningen. Her boede vi gerne fast :-) Og specielt nød vi den store træterrasse der løber rundt om det meste af huset. Her forløb størstedelen af den tid, der ikke blev brugt til cykel- og vandreture rundt på halvøen. For det er naturen der trækker. Eneste lille bitte minus er en stor flagstang, der desværre står på grunden så den fígurerer lige midt i det suveræne udsigts-område. Vi må komme igen.
