Single-family house, built in 1971. For shared use: garden. Private: property 2'585 m2, garden (fenced). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Højslev

Small village with 210 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 4 km from the sea, 10 km north-east from Skive, 42 km south-east from Nykøbing Mors, 84 km south-west from Ålborg. In the resort: grocery. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 10 km. Besides: pharmacy 10 km, doctor 10 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 km. Sights Spøttrup Castle 27 km, Hjerl Hede Open-air museum 29 km, Wellness park Kurbad Limfjord Struer 45 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Lundø strand 8 km. Sandy beach, 10 m long, up to 20 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 8 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Skive 13 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. At the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture. Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.

Schönes wohnlich eingerichtete... Susanne H.

Schönes wohnlich eingerichtetes Haus mit allem innen, wie außen ausgestattet was man so braucht. Großes mit Bäumen, Sträuchern und Zaun eingegrenztes ruhiges Grundstück in begrünter Lage, 5 Fussminuten vom Wasser. Überall ausgewiesene Wanderwege durch abwechslungsreiche Vegetation in absoluter Ruhe. Tolle Ausblicke von den „Klint“. Strände sind oft schmal und steinig. Natur pur. Aber auch Städte wie Skive oder Aalborg sind mit einem Tagesausflug erreichbar.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön eingerichtet, der Service sehr freundlich. Kind und Hund und Erwachsene waren glücklich!

Der Garten ist sehr schön, das Haus bis auf das Bad auch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Den Punkt Abzug gibt es wegen der nicht vorhandenen Duschtasse oder eines Ablaufs . Dieser befindet sich an einer anderen Stelle im Bad. Dabei wird beim Duschen immer automatisch das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt.

Der Garten ist klasse mit vielen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zu sitzen oder zu liegen. Wir haben uns im Haus und im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, für unseren großen Hund aber leider zu niedrig, so dass wir ihn nicht frei laufen lassen konnten. Die Umgebung lädt zum Spaziergang ein, z. B. zum Hafen von Virksund, wo es leckeres Softeis oder auch Pizza u.a. gibt, auch ein Abendspaziergang am Wasser mit Sonnenuntergang ist zu empfehlen, ebenso wie ein Besuch von Viborg.
