Single-family house, built in 1978. 10 m from the sea. Private: property 2'400 m2. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Das Haus liegt ca. 100m vom Strand und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Garten hat man viel Privatsphäre. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus renovationsbedürftig. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus zudem schmutzig. Überall Spinnweben, Motten, Insektenkot…nicht gerade das, was man sich wünscht. Insgesamt nicht sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir hatten vorher die negativen Kommentare anderer Urlauber gelesen und hatten uns vorher etwas Sorgen gemacht, aber alle angegebenen Mängel waren zu vollster Zufriedenheit behoben. Wir bedanken uns! The house is very tired, timber veranda so rotten it’s dangerous to walk on, worn out mattresses and piss stained duvets/ pillows, sofa pillows very stained found lots of hair and dead insects in beds and sofas obviously not cleaned well for long time. Sauna not working and has metal handle inside??? Property covered in spiders and web not cleaned off for several seasons. Once it was a lovely house now it’s falling apart and grounds needs tidying up too. Great location for peace and quiet and solitude. It could have been wonderful with a little attention and investment.

Das Ferienhaus besticht durch ...

Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine unmittelbare Nähe zu Deich und Strand. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Rehe, Eichhörnchen und Fledermäuse finden sich im Garten ein. Das Grundstück ist kaum einsehbar. Das Haus und der Garten sind wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, aber vernachlässigt. Sandkasten und Schaukel waren nicht zu verwenden. Die Inneneinrichtung war teilweise defekt (Geschirr mit Sprüngen, Spülmaschine funktionierte nur eingeschränkt bis gar nicht, Staubsauger auch nicht). Die Matratzen waren sehr alt. Das Bad war modernisiert und OK.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, wenn man nur Erholung und keine Bespassung mit Restaurants oder ähnlichem sucht. Der große Wohnraum mit Küche war toll,Schlafzimmer sind klein aber ok. Die umlaufende Terrasse braucht dringend etwas Liebe (teilweise brüchig, rausstehende Nägel). Das komplette Haus riecht etwas muffig, der Wohnraum ging nach längerer Zeit bewohnen, aber aus den Schlafzimmern war es nicht rauszubekommen. Der Geschirrspüler hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Küche ist zum kochen und backen komplett ausgestattet. Der größte Bonus dieses Hauses:das Grundstück endet direkt am Deich und dahinter ist direkt der meistens leere Strand.

Das Haus ist vom Vermieter liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Schlafbereich störte es uns, dass man zum Lüften die Türen offenhalten muss. Die Bettdecken in den Kinderzimmern sollten dringend ausgewechselt werden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist fantastisch! Im Aussenbereich gibt es leider einiges zu bemängeln: Keine sonnige Terrasse, nur ungepflegter Rasen, alte Stühle voller Spinnweben irgendwo verteilt. Der umlaufende Holzsteg ist zum Teil brüchig, rund um das Haus: Spinnweben! Schaukel marode, die Aussendusche funktioniert offensichtlich schon lange nicht mehr. Schade.
