Single-family house, built in 1964. 650 m from the sea. Private: property 788 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (40 m2), parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 200 m. Golf course 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Rigtig hyggeligt sommerhus i gåafstand til alt hvad man kan få brug for at få en dejlig sommerferie.

Skønt sommerhus med en perfekt placering. Meget hyggeligt hus som indeholdt ALT hvad man kunne ønske sig. Fint og rent ved ankomst. Kan varmt anbefales.

Huset lå dejligt centralt i forhold til Marilyst Torv. Et meget koldt hus, koster at varme det op, da der kun er El varme. Alle ruder ved spiseplads er punkteret, meget koldt at sidde der. Der mangler brugsanvisninger til alt. Vi ringede til Bureauet, da vi ikke kunne få tv til at virke, de undrede sig også over de ikke var i huset. Vi fandt selv ud af hvordan kogepladerne virkede. Det bliver et hus, som vi ikke kommer tilbage til, med mindre forholdet bliver bedre.
