Single-family house, built in 1993. 250 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'050 m2. Terrace (20 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 2.8 km. Golf course 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Et hyggeligt sommerhus , som er godt indrettet og har en god beliggenhed.

Wir haben tolle Tage in dem mehr als gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wie immer in den letzten Jahren haben wir über Sonne und Strand gebucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden.Das war unser ingesamt 17. Aufenthalt in Dänemark und wir waren das 1. Mal in Nordjütland.Es war eine Reise wert. Das Einzige, was wir vermisst hatten, waren die Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel oder wir hatten sie nicht gefunden, obwohl wir überallgeguckt hatten.Ansonsten hatten wir eine herrliche Ruhe und das Meer fast vor der Haustür.

Unendliche Freunde stand bevor als es in den Urlaub ging. Die Vorbereitungen dazu durch den Reiserveranstalter waren super. Aufgeregt steht man vor dem Haus und fragt sich, wie sieht das Haus live aus. Wir waren überrascht, es ist sehr niedlich, sehr kuscheligen und an alles ist gedacht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und eine kleine Grundeinrichtung (Gewürze, Oel, Müllbeutel ect.) in der Küche war dank der vorherigen Gäste auch schon da. Natürlich muss aber was mitgebracht werden ! Die Landschaft in der Umgebung war wunderschön und diente meiner Erholung. Wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wer es hell und sonnig im und am Haus mag...lieber nicht! Waschmaschine ist im Haus. Leider keine Trockenmöglichkeiten, wenn es regnet. Die Matratzen in den Betten lassen sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Das Haus ist gut für 4 Erwachsene und maximal 2 Kindern.

Wir bedauern, dass Ihnen das Haus nicht gefallen hat. Es ist ein typisches älteres dänisches Haus mit Charme, das ständig modernisiert wurde, so dass es schön und gepflegt dasteht. Es gibt aber zwei Wäscheständer im Haus und auch genügend Betten in dem 84 m3 grossen Haus. Mfg. Team Hals

Wir waren im Oktober dort. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Für groß und klein gibt es alles was für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigt wird.
