Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Single-family house, built in 1995. 400 m from the sea. Private: property 1'600 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (50 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. E-charging station. Grocery 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie + Hund eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus gehabt. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet Platz zum Fußballspielen. Der tolle Strand ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus ist etwas kleiner und enger, dafür gemütlich. In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Es ist durch die moderne Wärmepumpe auch recht energiesparend. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr hyggeliges Haus, welches real größer ist, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Das riesige Grundstück ist toll. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Es sieht auf Googlemaps weiter aus. Auf einer der 4 Terrassen ist es immer windstill. Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Was uns etwas gefehlt hat ist das man keine Deutschen Fehrnsehsender bekommt. Das wäre toll wenn der Besitzer das ändern würde. Aber sonst ein sehr schönes Haus.

Ein schönes und gepflegtes Hau... Sabine B.

Ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir hatten dort als Paar mit Hund eine wunderbare Zeit. Zum Toben und Spielen, hat das große Grundstück viel Wiesenfläche. Es sind einige Outdoorspiele, sowie eine Schaukel und ein Sandkasten verfügbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass das Haus relativ frei steht (im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Häusern dort) und somit viel Licht abbekommt. Das Haus selbst war sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Sauna harzt sehr stark, auch von der Decke. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Trotz drei Tage bei Dauerregen... Christiane S.

Trotz drei Tage bei Dauerregen konnten wir uns es im Haus gemütlich machen und haben es genießen können. Es gibt zwar Gebrauchsspuren bei der Einrichtung, aber es ist nicht so gravierend. Das Grundstück war zum Toben mit dem Hund wirklich klasse. Leider konnten wir die Terrasse nur einmal nutzen wegen des schlechten Wetters. Dafür waren wir in Hals und Hou und auch zwischen den beiden gemütlichen Städtchen, fanden wir immer wieder ein neuen Weg zum Strand. Eine Reise wert ist auch Skagen und Rubjerg Knude. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub und konnten alles mal hinter uns lassen!

Typisches Ferienhaus in gutem Zustand. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Fußläufig zu kinderfreundlichem Strand in sehr schöner Urlaubstegion. Die Ausstattung zeigt vereinzelt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren (z.B. Wasserkocher), ist aber insgesamt gut. Für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Zur Not gibt es noch 2 weitere Betten in der Nische. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Et virkelig fint og hyggeligt hus, med et perfekt udeareal. Ligger dejlig ugeneret for enden af vejen. Vi var 2 voksne og 3 børn (3 år - 8 år) og der var fin plads. Et dejligt område med fine stier i skov og langs vandet. Der er 700 m (Gang) til perfekt børnevenlig strand.

Skønt sommerhus, lyst og med god plads. Vores børn syntes, at det var hyggeligt at sove i alkoven. Stille og roligt område, tæt på strand og skov.
