Single-family house, built in 1986. 40 km from the sea. Private: property 940 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (40 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Carport. E-charging station. Grocery 200 m. Golf course 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Vi havde en dejligt weekend me... Berit H.

Vi havde en dejligt weekend med familien. Men sommerhuset trængte i den grad til en hovedrengøring. edderkopper i hjørnerne og gammelt skidt/støv i huset og især badeværelset var der gammelt snavs bag wc. Vi startede med at fejespindelvæv ned da vi kom. Terrassen kunne ikke bruges, da der var mange visne blade og birkefrø over alt, der har ikke været nogen at feje fliser i år. Græsset var højt. Godt vi ikke havde små børn med, de kunne ikke lege udenfor. Vi kommer ikke igen til dette sommerhus.

Vi er ked af vi ikke fik rystet alle træerne inden i kom , edderkopper er som teenager de hører ikke efter . Græsset blev slået i ugen op til , personlig havde jeg fortrukket grønt asfalt . Undskyld jeg ikke kan tage klage alvorlig kh ejeren

Schon öfters diesen Dienst benutzt und jedesmal sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten dieses Haus schon m... Jutta K.

Wir hatten dieses Haus schon mehrfach gebucht und waren immer zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist schön, praktisch und alles vorhanden 🤗. Von dem TV haben wir die Finger gelassen, da man die Sprache unter Androhung von Zusatzkosten eh nicht ändern durfte 📺 🤷‍♀️, Dänisch können wir ja leider nicht und stattdessen haben wir unseren mitgereisten Würfelbecher 🎲 ausgepackt, der hat uns verstanden und wir ihn 👍😂👍. Leider waren wir vom äußeren Zustand des Grundstücks in diesem Jahr sehr enttäuscht, einfach zu viel Schmutz (Gartenmöbel sehr verdreckt und z. T. beschädigt, außerdem lagen um Haus und Wintergarten diverse alte Laubansammlungen herum). Dennoch, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und planen schon den nächsten in 🇩🇰 👍🇩🇰.

The house was not clean,dust and spiderwebs everywhere. The chairs and table in the garden where full of birdshit. Really a pity ,because its a nice house .

Vi havde et par dejlige overna... Dorte S.

Vi havde et par dejlige overnatninger. Vi skulle slet ikke ha' overnattet i Silkeborg, men ha' været kørt frem og tilbage til Nordjylland og Sønderjylland 3 dage i træk. Det blev i alt hast bestemt at prøve et sommerhus i stedet. Det fortrød vi bestemt ikke. Vi var meget positive! Hvis vi kommer på de kanter, vil vi gerne leje sommerhuset igen. Fin indretning, der var det vi skulle bruge og en dejlig lukket have.

Außenanlage etwas ungepflegt ansonsten ein gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.

Das Haus sieht von innen leide...

Das Haus sieht von innen leider ganz anders aus als auf den Fotos. Von Außen ist es sehr dreckig gewesen und innen war es so lala. Die Umgebung ist super wir sind viel unterwegs gewesen und haben die Zeit genossen. Bei dem Kaufmann am Campingplatz bekommt man auch das nötigste.
