Single-family house, built in 1967. 200 m from the sea. Private: property 870 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.2 km. Golf course 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist eine gute Ausstattung und ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Der Kamin war Goldwert. Was leider negativ war ist der Boiler man musste sich echt beeilen um duschen zu gehen. Wenn 6 Personen in dem Haus sind wird das echt schwierig.

Das Ferienhaus ist neu renovie...

Das Ferienhaus ist neu renoviert und mit allem gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist komplett blickgeschützt. Alles macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Es liegt nur einen kurzen Fußweg zum Strand. Es gibt nur zwei Punkte, die uns nicht so sehr gefallen haben. Zum einem ist das Bad sehr klein und bietet nur begrenzt Abstellmöglichkeiten. Wir waren nur zu zweit, von daher war es kein Problem, aber mit den angegebenen 6 Personen dürfte das Platzangebot eng werden. Das zweite wären die Betten. Jedes ist nur 1,40 m breit, also viel Platz für zwei Personen ist das nicht gerade. Wir haben uns am Ende für getrennte Schlafzimmer entschieden.

Ein schönes Haus, frisch renoviert. Die Schlafzimmer - wie leider in vielen dänischen Ferienhäusern - zu schmal, um ein Bett mittig zu stellen. Somit wird das Zubettgehen oder Aufstehen zu einer sportlichen Angelegenheit, die doch eher Jüngeren gefallen dürfte. Dafür entschädigt das grosse rundum durch Hecken geschützte Grundstück, das eine intime Sphäre garantiert. Die überdachte Terrasse ermöglicht Mahlzeiten draussen, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so hygge ist. Und dass das TV-Gerät lediglich über einen einzigen deutschen Kanal verfügt, dem ZDF, hilft entweder, dem Fernsehkonsum endlich mal die Rote Karte zu zeigen, oder die Sprachkenntnisse in Dänisch zu vertiefen. Die Ostsee ist fussläufig (!!!) in zwei Minuten zu erreichen, der Strand ist jedoch naturbelassen. Das Wasser ist flach und daher auch für die Kleinen gut geeignet. Wer einen schönen Sandstrand möchte, dem sei der Badestrand bei Kværneland empfohlen. Zu Fuß 1,5 km, mit dem Auto 5 min.

Wir hatten einen schönen sonnigen Urlaub in einen tollen Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut, alles wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, innen und außen.
