Single-family house, built in 1972. 300 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Grocery 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Fanø

Large, well-known bathing resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 10 km west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Legeland Indoor playground 2 km, Skovlegeplads Forest playground 9 km, nature reserve. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Esbjerg 5 km. Car ferry Nordby Fanø - Esbjerg 10 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 15 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Godt og rummeligt hus med alt hvad man har brug for, perfekt køkken, dog trænger badeværelset til en opgradering, men jeg tænker ikke det kan vare længe før det bliver ordnet. Dejligt område tæt på strand og smuk natur. Men lidt svært at bo ved Rindby Strand uden en bil. Vi fik godt nok gået nogle kilometer, men det skader jo ikke.

Das Haus wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt und das Badezimmer ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Schimmel zwischen den Fugen, rostige Waschbeckenhalterung, fleckige, sich auflösende Holzteile, der Duschkopf ist nicht an der Wand zu befestigen, gammeliger Duschvorhang. Der renovierte Teil ist gut, die Renovierung bezieht sich aber wohl nur auf den Fußboden. Die Küche ist schön und deren Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Im Kinderzimmer stapelte sich ein Haufen Gerümpel voller Spinnweben (rostiges Babybett, Holzplatten, Matratze, uralter Kinderstuhl), den wir dann auf die Terrasse verfrachteten. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr ungepflegt, herumliegende Betonplatten haben wir aufgestapelt. Billigste Gartenstühle mit einfachsten Sitzkissen, die Terrasse an der Küche nicht nutzbar: Betonplatten krumm und schief.
