Single-family house, built in 1984. 24 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (30 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Højer

Small, picturesque village with 1'150 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 3 km from the sea, 12 km west from Tønder, 77 km south-east from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, butchery, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna at 15 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 15 km. Sights Højer Mølle 500 m, Højer slussen 3 km, Ribe VikingeCenter 45 km, Kids' club Legoland 115 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Lakolk, Rømø 40 km. Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Sandy beach, 10 m long, up to 900 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 40 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Tønder 20 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Diese Haus bewerten wir gerne mit 5 Sternen. - Gepflegt - Ruhige Lage - 1A Ausstattung - Tolle Nachbarn - Garage - Supermarkt in der Nähe - Super Preis Kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, ...

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet innen wie auch die Terrasse. Viele kleine Details lassen einen direkt ankommen und wohlfühlen. Leider ist in dem Ort sehr wenig bis nichts und alles ist sehr weitläufig. Alles wurde mit dem Auto gefahren. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hellhörig, was sehr schade ist, da gerade alles renoviert scheint. Man hört jedes Wort und jede Bewegung in allen Räumen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, trotz der dünnen Wände und Türen.

Insgesamt schönes Ferienhaus. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten wie wackeliger Klodeckel fielen auf.

Im November mit Dackel nach Dänemark und einfach unsere Ruhe habe, dass war der Wunsch. In diesem gut ausgestatteten, gemütlichen und großzügigem Haus wurde dieser perfekt erfüllt. Es fehlte an nichts! Alles war schön und praktisch. Højer, Tönder und die benachbarten kleinen Orte waren so zauberhaft, Spazier- und Wanderweg in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie ein Laden für den täglichen Bedarf fussläufig erreichbar. Gute Bewertungen werden das Haus zwar verteuern, aber das hat es verdient. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Hallo. Wir haben dieses Häusch...

Hallo. Wir haben dieses Häuschen mit 4 Personen und 2 Kindern bewohnt. Es ist sehr hübsch und modernisiert. Was wir toll fanden waren der Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Gerade bei Kleinkindern ein Bonuspunkt Wert. Die Anreise sowie vorherige Buchung waren ohne Probleme schnell und sehr Kundenorientiert. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und ländlich. Man kann zu Fuß in die kleine Stadt gehen und es befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch in Tonder und Romo. Mit der Fähre ist ebenfalls ein Besuch auf Sylt möglich. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Was uns in dem Häuschen gefehlt hat war ein Handtuchtrockner oder eine Möglichkeit im Bad ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Dennoch wunderschön und ideal um Dänemark kennen zu lernen. :)
