Single-family house, built in 1867. 200 m from the sea. Private: property 1'710 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ringkøbing

Medieval town with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Naturkraft activities & experience, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir hatten in diesem tollen Haus einen richtig schönen Urlaub....der erste Eindruck war erstmal nicht wirklich ansprechend, aber die Ausstattung und Lage ist echt super! Jederzeit wieder 😊👍

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schö...

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche hier und das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, mit kleinen Details sehr liebevoll gestaltet und einfach sehr gemütlich. Die Kaminwärme war wunderschön, der Billiardtisch brachte viel Spaß und auch in der Küche fehlte es uns an nichts, bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit der Heizung und der Service war echt super, kurze Kontakte per Mail und Abhilfe wurde umgehend geleistet, wirklich toll. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder hier her nach Sondervig, ein schönes Örtchen und sehr zentral gelegen. Wir waren Kerzen ziehen in Hivide Sande, am Leuchtturm, die Strände sind sehr schön hier und auch das Lalandia brachte viel Spaß, alles kurze Wege, prima mit Kindern. Bis bald, liebe Grüße.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, nur das WLan hat keine gute Reichweite im Haus. Oben gar nicht und in der unteren Etage nur in den Wohnzimmern gut.

Leuk verblijf in een mooi ruim huis. Jammer dat er de hele week voor de deur aan de weg werd gewerkt en je over de bouwlocatie naar de woning moest. Ook kon de auto niet bij het huis geparkeerd worden.

Wir waren mit einer großen Familie mit 3 Generationen in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, weil es sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet ist. Es ermöglicht den Rückzug eines einzelnen wie auch die Gestaltung von gemeinsamer Zeit. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Unser Highlight war der Kaffeevollautomat, den wir nach einer Entkalkung viel genutzt haben. Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen, die alle auch für die große Anzahl an Bewohnern bestuhlt sind - je nach Tageszeit und Wind. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und danken den Besitzern und Sol og Strand für die schönen Ferien.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartunge...

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und uns begeistert. Wir waren mit unserer Großfamilie da und die Geräumigkeit hat uns sehr zugesagt. Und als wir die Öfen mit Holz bestückten, konnte uns das kalte Wetter nichts mehr anhaben. Unsere Angst vor Nebenkosten-Nachzahlung hat sich nicht bestätigt. Wir bekamen sogar ein wenig der Vorauszahlung zurück. Das Haus ist charmant und ursprünglich. Da sind Eigenheiten zu erwarten. Wer auf Feuchtigkeit (im Gemäuer) sehr sensibel reagiert, sollte bei der Zimmerverteilung aufpassen. Und mit den Duschen haben wir nicht rausgefunden, wie sie mal so richtig schön heiß würden (das hat vermutlich die Nebenkosten angenehm gesenkt). Wir werden dies Haus sicherlich erneut anmieten.

Et hus med mulighed for store familie at være sammen, men også at trække sig, når man har brug for ro. Ligger tæt på centrum men ingen larm.
