Location Description Rømø

Large bathing resort with 600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 70 km south from Esbjerg. In the resort: 1 - 10 km: grocery, butchery, bakery, restaurant, museum. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Naturcenter Tønnisgård, Kids' club Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, Rømø Sommerland.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Das Haus entsprach nicht ganz ... Petra D.

Das Haus entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen aufgrund der Beschreibung. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber nicht mehr. Die Schlafräume und Betten klein, im Obergeschoss keine Schränke. Matratzen im unteren Schlafraum total durchgelegen. Wir mussten für 1 Bett den Topper doppelt legen. Ich selbst habe dann die Nächte auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer verbracht. Jede Feder war im normalen Bett einzeln zu spüren. Haben es reklamiert und hoffen, dass die nächsten Mieter neue Matratzen genießen können. Ansonsten hat man sich schnell arrangieren können.

Ein wirklich super schön angelegtes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden zu Gast und haben herrliche und ruhige 3 Wochen hier verbracht Die 2 Terrassen sind super und man kann so mit dem Wetter/ Sonne draußen mitwandern. Auch innen ist alles toll - die Betten waren super bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Couch lädt zum lümmeln ein. Genial ist auch die riesige Schiebetür, sodass man draußen sitzen und auf dem Fernseher Fußball gucken kann ;-) Alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus !

Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet vorgefunden, die Betten sind z.T. etwas schmal ( 140cm für zwei Erwachsene ist etwas eng). Der Freiraum mit Couch , Fernseher, Kicker und Wii war super für die Teenagerkids. Das Grundstück ist auch in der Außenanlage einladend für schöne Stunden, was wir jetzt im Februar aber nicht genutzt haben.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem gut ausgestatteten und geräumigen Haus verbracht.

Wir waren nun schon drei Mal i... Tanja K.

Wir waren nun schon drei Mal in diesem Haus und wir lieben dieses kleine, hyggelige Häuschen sehr! Ohne großen Schnickschnack, aber einfach gemütlich! Die Terrassen liegen "im Wald" und es ist uns schon zum wiederholten Mal passiert, dass ein Reh durchgelaufen kam! Sehr süß! Die eine Terrasse ist überdacht, man kann also auch bei Regen draußen essen. Wir waren 3 Wochen in dem Haus und haben ein einziges Mal drinnen gegessen. Die Zimmer sind schnuckelig. Wir haben die Eigentümer kennengelernt und sie haben gesagt, sie machen jedes Jahr etwas Neues am Haus. Das war in den letzten 3 Jahren tatsächlich so. Wir waren zwar nur zu zweit mit unseren Hunden dort, aber das Haus ist ausreichend für gut 4 erwachsene Personen. Natürlich auch Kinder, die könnten toll rund ums Haus spielen.

Gemütliches altes Häusschen mit Charm. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein und der Warmwasserboiler hält nur für ca. 5-10 Minuten warmes Duschwasser.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, was uns aber aufgefallen ist, dass die Türklinken im Hause mal auf ihre Festigkeit kontrolliert werden sollten und das der Neben Eingang sich von außen nicht aufschließen lässt. MfG Familie Heiko Eggert

Wir sind zum 3. Mal in diesem Haus gewesen und wir lieben es! Schon wenn man reinkommt sieht man sofort: hyggelig! Selbst bei nicht so gutem Wetter kann man draußen unter dem Terrassendach essen, mit Blick ins Grüne rundherum. Es ist schön ruhig und ab und zu kommt ein Hase durchgehoppelt. Mein Lieblingsplatz ist die große Terrasse am kleinen runden Tischen! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
