Single-family house, built in 1970. 1.5 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2. Terrace (14 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna. Parking at the house. Grocery 300 m.

Location Description Vejers Strand

Cosy bathing resort with 70 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 35 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket. More possibilities for shopping 12 km. Sights Kærgaard Plantage 13 km, Refugee Museum of Denmark 13 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Das Haus ist in schöner ruhiger Lage aber das Bett ist durchgelegen am Kopfende ist Schimmel im Bad und Flur ebenfalls. Wir sind aus gesundheitlichen Gründen zwei Tage früher abgereist.Also es muss vom Besitzer unbedingt etwas getan werden

Die Hausbeschreibung ist leide...

Die Hausbeschreibung ist leider veraltet: es gibt jetzt ein Doppelbett mit einer großen Matratze = leider passt dann die Bettwäsche nicht!! Anstelle der weißen Kunststoffliegen gab es nur 3 durchgelegene alte Liegen zum Aufklappen. Das Sofa ist sehr unbequem.

Dit huisje was vies, muf en is nodig aan een opknapbeurt toe, vooral de badkamer. Algemeen: onder de maat (foto’s beschikbaar). Het bed is doorgezakt en ruikt niet fris. De kunststof ligbedden van de foto’s blijken er niet te zijn; in plaats daarvan doorgezakte oude exemplaren.

Ausstattung ist relativ einfach und veraltet. Leider gibt es keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit im Wohnbereich. Das Bad bräuchte eine Renovierung. Ansonsten eine sehr ruhige Lage und ein schönes Grundstück. Die Küche ist, bis auf eine fehlende Spülmaschine, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn man die meiste Zeit des Tages unterwegs ist, ist die Unterkunft vollkommen ausreichend.

Es ist ganz nützlich zu wissen, dass man an den Tankstellen nur mit Karte tanken kann. Mit Bargeld geht leider gar nichts.

Das Haus ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, evtl Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Leider ist die Sitzgelegenheit in der Stube sehr unbequem, einen gemütlichen Abend kann man dort nicht verbringen.

Das Haus war bei Anreise leider nicht 100 %ig sauber. Nachdem ich bescheid gegeben haben, kamen die Reinigungskräfte noch einmal und haben "sauber" gemacht. Jedoch konnte ich ein Zimmer nicht benutzen (Kakerlake im unteren Bett zusammen mit einem unbenutzem Tampon unter der Matratze). Die Brause aus der Dusche lag im Spülbecken in der Küche, wurde aber wieder angebaut. Die Gartenmöbel müssten einmal ausgetauscht werden.

Tag evt. en kost og et fejeblad med. Der var kun en fin støvsuger. Der var ikke spand og gulvskrubbe. Kun er råd til dem, der fravælger slutrengøring.

Als wir ankamen roch das Haus nach Schimmel, mussten erstmal aufheizen und die Aussensauna von Dreck und Laub befreien, umstellen, um es sich gemuetlich für 2 Personen zu machen,war nicht möglich! Sachen haben wir gleich im Koffer gelassen, Isolation gleich Null! CDPlayer hat nicht funktioniert, Fernsehempfang mal Ja, mal Nein, insgesamt unsauber, tote Schnaken hinter der Heizung , haben das beste draus gemacht, Küche war in Ordnung und die Weihnachtsdeko auch, brauchten die Kerzen, weil uns Abends, ich war in der Sauna; auf einmal der Strom ausgefallen ist, Abenteuerurlaub im dunkeln!

Das Haus ist dringend Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Liegen auf dem Foto gibt es nicht - vor Ort sind Liegen aus den 70er..und defekt und mit Schimmel Flecken versehen. Die Fotos vom Haus sind wahrscheinlich sehr alt. Kein Wohlfühlfaktor...auf keinen Fall wieder dieses Haus. Der Service von Sol of strand war richtig super!!!
