Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

La maison a du caractère et est située de plus dans une région riante disposant de ressources culturelles appréciables; Le parc de la maison est grand et bien tenu

Het huis insmeer dan volledig ingericht. Terrassen buiten voorzien van nieuw tuinmeubilair. Prachtige tuin, rustige omgeving maar toch vlakbij Turenne. (2,5 km op loopafstand).

Schitterend huis met alles erop en eraan. Giga tuin waarin je 15 minuten nodig hebt om een rondje te lopen. Ideaal huis als het heel heet is door de dikke muren. Echter met slecht weer, zoals voorjaar 24, te koud en moet er bij gestookt worden. Uitvalsbasis voor de mooiste tripjes en dicht bij huis Turenne.

Wir haben hier 2 schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht.Das Haus ist rustikal aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, auch Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich,französische Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil (es geht aber auch mit einem Handy-Sprachübersetzer). Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden,auch mit frischem Baguette ab 08:00 morgens. In Les Quatre-Routes-du-Lot (9 km) gibt es einen Carrefour mit angeschlossener Tankstelle(Selbstbedienung/Karte).

Très jolie maison, authentique, pratique et décorée avec goût. Jardin immense et magnifique avec des vignes, des figues, des prunes et des noix. En outre les hôtes sont très sympathiques. On se sent bien et serein d'autant que la region est splendide, naturelle et riche en partimoine (villages medievaux, grottes, chateaux,...). Le Lac du Causses et la Dordogne sont des points d'eau non loin très appréciables. Bref des vacances idylliques!

Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um ein 1726 erbautes Haus mit z.T. alten Möbeln, die dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme verleihen. Die Küche ist modern (2019), sämtliche Utensilien sind vorhanden. Toll ist auch der riesige Garten mit Kastanien, Nussbäumen etc. Zwei Terrassen mit Mobiliar runden das Ganze ab. Bei der Ankunft gab es durch den deutsch sprechenden Eigfentümer ausführliche Informationen. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein 1726 aus Natursteinen erbautes Haus mit riesigem Garten (Nussbäume, Kastanien, Feigen etc.) Die moderne Küche ist mit allen Utensilien vollständig ausgestattet. Das gemütliche Haus verfügt über zwei Terrassen mit entsprechendem Mobiliar. Zudem gibt es eine Grillhütte mit Tisch und Stühlen. Mehrere Liegen stehen im Garten zur Verfügung. Der Empfang durch den deutschsprechenden Eigentümer, der in Limoges wohnt, war sehr freundlich und informativ.,

Maison de vacances et extérieur avec beaucoup de charme et de caractère. Tout y est pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de ses vacances, sans compter les propriétaires très sympathiques. Je recommande fortement.
