Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 5 m2, east facing position and south facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 2. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
