Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Terrace 40 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, die Umgebung ist toll, von den äußeren Bedingungen her ist alles traumhaft. Schade daher, dass das Haus in so einem schlechten Zustand ist: Spinnweben und Staub überall, Ausstattung (z.B. Geschirr und Besteck) wie vom Flohmarkt. das Haus roch stark muffig und nach Schimmel. Insbesondere auf einer schimmlig riechenden Matratze zu schlafen, ist wirklich kein Vegnügen. Das Wifi funktionierte nicht und wurde auch auf unsere Anfrage hin nicht instand gesetzt.
