Beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: property 1'946 m2 (fenced) with lawn, beautiful garden to relax, courtyard, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 11 km, bus stop "La Haye - Rue de Verdun" 8 km, sandy beach "Plage de surville" 3 km. Nearby attractions: La Haye 12 km, Coutances 34 km, Agon coutainville 34 km, Granville 65 km, Cherbourg 48 m, Le Mont saint Michel 114 m.

Das Haus ist ein typisches, normanisches Landhaus. Es ist angenehm kühl drinnen, bei heissen Temperaturen, bei kaltem Wetter kann man die Heizungen anmachen und hat wohlig warm. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, vor allem wirklich tolle Schneidemesser. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine hat es auch. Der Herd ist ein Induktionsherd, zur Info für die, welche selber eine Bialetti mitnehmen:-). Das grosse Bett, welches wir benutzten, ist sehr bequem. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses. Es hat schöne dekorative Details. Die Dusche könnte etwas mehr Wasserdruck haben, das Bad an sich ist aber auch geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein super PLUS: Das Haus wurde extrem sauber geputzt bei unserer Ankuft, wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Das voll umzäunte Grundstück (zur linken Seite) war goldwert. Unsere Hündin hat es genossen und auch wir haben viele Momente im Rasen auf den Liegestühlen gelegen. Der Vorplatz war unser "Apéro"- und "Boule-Platz". Wir genossen die Ruhe auf dem Kiesplatz. Auf der rechten Seite könnte ein Hund ausbüchsen, da an einem sehr kleinen Teil nur "Naturzaun", sprich Hecke ist. Aber der linke Teil war genügend gross! Die Gastgeber Sophie und David waren überaus nett, sehr zuvorkommend und immer da, wenn wir was brauchten. Sogar frisch gefangenen Fisch haben wir fürs Barbecue geschenkt bekommen. Auch hätten wir uns im Garten von den Beeren und Artischocken bedienen dürfen. Einfach tolle Menschen, die wir sehr gerne kennengelernt haben. Ausserdem lieben sie Hunde, was für uns ein zusätzliches Plus war, da unsere Hündin nicht ganz einfach ist, wenns um neue und fremde Menschen geht. Die zwischen 3-15km entfernten Strände sind wunderschön, weitläufig und für Hundebesitzer ein Paradies. Allgemein wurden wir sehr lieb empfangen mit unserem Hund (sogar ein Ruinen/Burgbesuch war mit Hund möglich). Empfehlung: La Ferme du Vieux Presbytère, wenn man gerne Calvados trinkt ist ein Besuch da Pflicht:-). Ein wirklich toller Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen würden. Le gîte est entouré d'un grand terrain bien clôturé. Il est spacieux et bien équipé avec un four, un micro ondes, un frigo congélateur, un lave linge et un lave vaisselle. Une grande chambre adultes et une deuxième chambre avec lits bateaux plutôt enfants. D. et S. sont aux petits soins pour répondre à vos besoins. Ils nous ont donné des suggestions de balades dans les environs. La plage située à 4 kms est immense et bordée de dunes. La nature est omniprésente dans les environs du gîte
