Planaval(Valgrisenche) 10 km from Arvier: Chalet "Chez Les Roset", 1'500 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, terraced, renovated. 6 km from the centre of Valgrisanche, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, south-west facing position. Private: garden 300 m2 (not fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Public parking 30 m. Grocery 6 km, bus stop 600 m. Nearby attractions: Aosta 25 km, Courmayeur Mont Blanc 33 km, Parco del Gran Paradiso 30 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Arvier

776 m a.s.l. >>This village is at the bottom of the Aosta valley, about 10 km above the main town Aosta, at the entrance to the Valgrisanche. Small village.

Summer

Numerous worthwhile excursions in the romantic side valley of the Aosta valley, e.g. into the Valgrisanche to the Beauregard lake, into the Cogne valley or the Valsavaranche.

Winter

It is situated 14 km from Aosta, at 780 m altitude. From here it is possible to reach Planaval a real paradise for cross country ski trail. Valgrisenche is famous for the Eliski which is very popular here. Ski-region Courmayeur 25 km. Further ski-regions: La Thuile at 30 km.

Casa molto bella, spaziosa e curata sia all'interno e anche all'esterno. Per recuperare pane e beni di prima necessità bisogna spostarsi di qualche chilometro ma ne vale la pena. Oasi di pace.

De woning voldoet aan alle verwachtingen en is goed uitgerust om zelf te kunnen koken. De tuin en het terras bieden je heel veel zon en een fantastisch uitzicht. Leuke plek om tot rust te komen en goede vertrekplaats voor wandelingen.

Emplacement idéal pour les personnes qui apprécient la paix, la tranquillité, la proximité des montagnes et la nature sauvage. En raison de son emplacement, c'est un endroit parfait pour les excursions en montagne. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée. Propriétaire gentil et communicatif, toujours serviable.

The Planaval plateau is picture perfect, sparsely populated, and with a mild climate. The house is very nice and fully equipped, and the owner is helpful and ever ready to recommend places and day trips, e.g., the pizzeria in Arvier. Limited shopping is available 15 min away, and the huge Cidac supermarket is 40 min drive from the house, near the center of Aosta. People in Valle d’Aosta are friendly and relaxed, and food is excellent.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo a partire dal primo momento in cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere la padrona di casa. La casa è davvero molto molto pulita e fornita di TUTTO, il giardino è bellissimo e con una vista stupenda sulle montagne. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, anzi direi meglio in quanto Planaval è un paesino delizioso, consiglio vivamente anche il ristorante Paramont a pochi minuti dall'appartamento. Comodissimo per chi predilige escursioni in Valgrisanche. Ci torneremo SICURAMENTE!

La casa è ben arredata, fornita di ogni dotazione per la cucina, tutto nuovo e confortevole. Dalla vetrata del soggiorno la vista sul ghiacciaio è fantastica, il giardino è ampio e godibile grazie alla disponibilità di tavolo, ombrelloni e sedie a sdraio. La gentile e disponibile proprietaria ci ha accolto con un gradito omaggio di prodotti locali e fornito materiale e informazioni turistiche. La bella valle è ricca di cascate e viste sui ghiacciai. Possibili passeggiate di vario livello
