Private: property 1'500 m2, flowers and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 9 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Camucia-Cortona" 20 km. Nearby attractions: Arezzo 45 km, Perugia 50 km, Pienza 65 km, Assisi 85 km. Please note: car recommended. On the estate animal husbandry. The owner has a dog.

Das Haus war toll aufgeteilt, es gab genug Platz für alle zusammen zu sitzen. Der Pool ist einfach nur genial und lädt zum chillen und Spaß haben ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, die Nachbarn auch. Beide sprechen nur wenig Englisch, aber mit Google Übersetzter ging alles. Man muss sich nur auf die vielen Mücken einstellen, die sich durch nichts abhalten lassen. Sucht bei Google Maps "Villa il roseto" und nehmt dann die steile Auffahrt hinter den Häusern.

Tuin en zwembad zijn heel verzorgd, de gastheer is erg vriendelijk maar spreekt alleen Italiaans. De keuken en toebehoren waren vies, de kastjes stinken. De staat van de keuken verder was slecht en het keukengerei niet toereikend voor 9 mensen. Wat niet vermeld was door interhome dat Cortona een half uur bergop en bergaf ligt, erg afgelegen boven op de verv.

The distance to Cortona can be viewed on googlemaps, though it will be updated as well. Regarding cleaning, it can be reported immediately to thekeyholder as soon as discovered. All the same the housekeeping team have been informed and will improve this.
