Comfortable residence "Marmolada". In the centre of Alba 2.3 km from the centre of Canazei, in a quiet, sunny position, 450 m from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 50 m, restaurant 82 m, bar 120 m, bus stop 10 m. Gondola lift 500 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ice rink, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 500 m, Lago di Carezza 26 km. Please note: no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Location Description Canazei

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Dat er geen lift en geen wifi zou zijn, wisten we, maar als je dan zo’n gedateerd interieur aantreft en twee defecte stoelen op het balkon, word je toch wel heel verdrietig. Voor de prijs hadden we meer verwacht!

Condominio squallido, la portarsi apriva è chiudeva con delle spallate ben assestare, contattata agenzia e fatto intervenire falegname, il bagno dimensioni di un francobollo doccia minuscola, bidet assente. Le stoviglie piatti indecenti con cretti nello smalto facevano piuttosto schifo anche se erano Richard Ginori. Prima e ultima volta con con questa agenzia

Ottima la gestione della prenotazione e l'assistenza in loco. Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento. Contra: Il clima ..era un po' troppo caldo per essere in montagna

Świetna lokalizacja, do 10 min pieszo do gondoli, apartament dla 2 osób w średnim standardzie, łazienka odnowiona, brak zmywarki, czajnika elektrycznego, mikrofali, wifi. Popalone patelnie, posklejane talerze. Właściciel powinien zadbać o worki na śmieci, szczególnie do odpadów spożywczych, są wymagane worki bio. W wejściu na klatkę schodową przykry zapach wilgoci z piwnicy. Poza tym bardzo ciepło. Nam te mankamenty nie przeszkadzały, zrekompensowała piękna pogoda i świetne warunki narciarskie.

La stanza era essenziale! Va bene per due persone anche se il bagno è molto piccolo! Ha del potenziale come appartamento! Unica nota era abbastanza sporco!
