In the district of Arcano Inferiore 1.5 km from the centre of Rive d'Arcano, 4.5 km from the centre of San Daniele del Friuli, 20 km from the centre of Udine, in a quiet position, 65 km from the sea, in the countryside. Heating available only from 11.Oct. - 25.Apr.. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach "Tagliamento" 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km.

Sehr viel Platz. Abgeschlossener Garten mit Sitzgruppe. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Verständigung klappte in einem Mix von Italienisch und Englisch . Die Küchenausstattung könnte um einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster erweitert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vieille maison de campagne avec tour ce que ça implique, les araignées un peu partout, l'odeur de renfermé, la moisissure...mais sinon très spacieuse. Heureusement qu'il y a des moustiquaires car il est impossible de profiter de l'extérieur tellement c'est infesté de moustiques tigres c'est un CAUCHEMAR.

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. La maison a en effet un certain âge mais elle est nettoyée et aérée régulièrement. Les araignées sont nombreuses dans la région (tout comme les moustiques) et leur présence n'est pas due à un défaut d'hygiène. Nous n'avons constaté aucune moisissure lors de notre dernière inspection et nous sommes navrés si jamais vous avez rencontré un problème d'ordre temporaire. Sachez que, dans un tel cas, vous pouvez solliciter notre assistance durant votre séjour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé d’agréables vacances dans l'ensemble et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l’un de nos logements.

Die Unterkunft war einfach, mit in die Jahre gekommenem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Der Garten und die tolle Lage haben das aber wieder wett gemacht. Die angrenzenden Häuser werden gerade Grundsaniert. Während unserem Aufenthalt gab es keine Lärmbelästigung.

La maison est spacieuse et dotée d'un agréable jardin bien ensoleillé, avec parking extérieur et dans un endroit calme. Cependant, notre expérience est très mitigée car nous sommes arrivés après l'hiver et la maison était glaciale. Malgré une facture de chauffage très élevée en supplément (EUR 20 par jour), la maison est restée très froide (15° environ), donc pas agréable du tout. L'équipement intérieur est basique et minimal.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire dont nous prenons bien note. Le propriétaire a décidé de désormais repousser le début de la période de location du logement afin de garantir des températures agréables pour les hôtes. La maison étant construite en pierres et faisant 120 mètres carrés, il est effectiviement difficile de la chauffer. Le propriétaire a toutefois constater que vous n'avez pas touché au thermostat permettant d'activer le chauffage, et nous le regrettons. Nous sommes navrés pour cela et espérons que nous aurons le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.

schöne Lage, großes Haus mit vintage Mobiliar, Küche sehr dürftig ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber. Schöner Kleiner, schöner Garten vor dem Haus. Aber: die Energiekosten sind nicht wie angegeben im Mietpreis enthalten sondern nur in der Höhe von 3 EUR pro Tag: am Tag der Abreise zeigte uns die Tochter des Vermieters unerwartet eine Rechnung über EUR 98,- für den Gasverbrauch für 7 Nächte: das Problem, es läuft alles über Gas (Heizung, Warmwasser d.h. Dusche, Geschirr spülen)

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus, Küchenaustattung sehr dürftig: Kaum Elektrogeräte (Strom ist ja all inclusive), kein Toaster, Kein Wasserkocher. Alles - kochen-Gasherd-, abspülen, duschen, evtl heizen- läuft über eine verbrauchsintensive Gasanlage und der Gasverbrauch ist nur mit 3 EUR pro Tag inklusive. Somit mussten wir (2 Erwachsene) für 7 Nächte 98 EUR nachzahlen.... klar mitgeteilt wurde es nicht, es wurden auch keine Zähler bei der Ankunft abgelesen....bei der Abreise kam die große Überraschung.... 98 EUR für den Gasverbrauch nachzahlen..... Somit ist der Tages-Mietpreis bei weitem nicht so interessant !
