Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living room with sloping ceilings with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Parquet floors. Small terrace 12 m2 partly roofed, large terrace 30 m2. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop, supermarket 500 m, bus stop 350 m, grass beach "Dervio" 350 m. Surf school, children's playground 350 m. Nearby attractions: Torre di Orezia, Corenno Plinio, Orrido di Bellano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Valvarrone, Sentiero del Viandante. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Ein hübsches Haus, mit schönem Garten in dem Bäume stehen, das war sehr gut bei der Sommerhitze. Nahe am See gelegen.

Das Haus war praktisch für uns 12 Personen (8EW und 4Kinder ). Massimo war behilflich in allen offenen Fragen.Der große Garten war perfekt. Auch drei parkende Autos störten nicht. Nähe zum See und zum Einkaufen waren sehr praktisch. Sehr schöne Ausglüge werden uns in Erinnerung bleiben. Die Gegend ist wunderhübsch.

An sich ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Deshalb auch sehr gut für Hunde. Leider sind die Matratzen total durch gelegen. Absolut nicht für Menschen mit Rückenbeschwerden zu empfehlen. Matratzen bitte dringend erneuern.!!!!! Sonst wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft mit dem typischen italienischen Flair

Wir (8 Pers. 1 Kind + Hund) verbrachten eine schöne Woche. Umzäuntes großes Grundstück. Einkaufsläden und See in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Pool durfte leider nicht wegen des Wassermangels wegen der Trockenheit nicht benutzt werden. Erdgeschoss sollte einer Renovierung inkl. Fenster / Türen angepasst werden. 1. OG wurde bereits renoviert mit großer Terrasse.

Perfect place for recharging your batteries. Highly recommended Pro: Massimo was extremely friendly and helpful. The house is located in the village just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and the lake. The view to the mountains is great.\nThere is hiking trails close by, but as we had temperatures well over 30 degrees we did not embark on them. The lake was great for swimming. The pool is ideal for younger children as not too deep yet big enough that whole family can fit into it for playtime. I would recommend a car to make the most of the stay. Apart from the lake we really enjoyed Varenna, the Bellano \"Schlucht\", the Plinio Abbey and the Fort close to Colico

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene ein Kind 1,5 Jahre und 1 Hund komplett umzäuntes Grundstück mit großem Garten so das Hund und Kind spielen konnten, See und Restaurant, Bäcker und Geschäft gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Matratzen in der unteren Wohnung könnten ausgetauscht werden

waren mit Kind 1,5 Jahre und Hund und 5 Erwachsenen 1 Woche dort und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen Grundstück eingezäunt Lage ist gut man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, See Bäcker Supermarkt Restaurant, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Pro: komplett eingezäunten Grundstück das man Kinder und Hund im Garten spielen lassen kann \nZentrale Lage somit ist der See und auch der Bäcker und Supermarkt gut zu Fuß erreichbar \nRestaurant zu Fuß erreichbar \nParkplatz auf dem Grundstück \nwurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen Contra: Matratzen in der unteren Wohnung sind in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Von innen könnte es so langsam mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Garten ist traumhaft und komplett eingezäunt, sodass man auch Hunde problemlos im Garten spielen lassen kann.
