In the hamlet Selva 250 m from the centre of Stazzona, 51 km from the centre of Como, 43 km from the centre of Lugano, in an elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the lake. In the house: restaurant, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Oct. - 30.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 60 m, grass beach "Dongo" 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 3.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 23 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Museo della Barca Lariana-Pianello, Lake Como Adventure Park-Germasino. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Restaurant hatte geschlossen, ohne das wir es vorher wußten. Preis für Energiekosten 30 Euro für 7 Tage finde ich übertrieben. Vermieter hatte nicht einmal Nachgefragt ob was fehlt oder so. Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr mager. Kenn andere Ferienwohnung sie viel besser ausgestattet sind.

Rustige locatie, zeer mooi uitzicht. Beetje last van het restaurant er onder, voornamelijk door het schuiven met stoelen/tafels na sluitingstijd.

Die Wohnung ist bis auf das Bad ganz in Ordnung. Duschen muss man in einer Badewanne, wo die Duschwand zum zuziehen ist. Leider geht diese nicht ganz zu schließen, sondern bleibt ein paar Zentimeter offen.. Leider ist sie auch viel zu niedrig. Duschkopf war verstopft. Nachts ist es lange laut von den Gästen des Restaurants. Ansonsten schöne Aussicht auf den See vom Balkon aus. Das Restaurant darunter ist sehr zu empfehlen, aber auch wer gerne eine leckere Pizza möchte das La Frattoria..

Accomodatie is prima. Alles wat we nodig hadden is aanwezig. Om de sleutel op te halen was het niet helemaal duidelijk op welk adres dit was. We hebben lang en veel rondgereden om uiteindelijk bij het restaurant te horen dat we hier moesten zijn.

Großzügig geschnittene und adäquat eingerichtete Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht auf den Comer See; nachts oft leider sehr laut, da über einem gut besuchten Restaurant gelegen.

Widok z tarasu fantastyczny (mimo kapryśnej pogody), w domu czysto, pomieszczenia duże. Garnki niestety aluminiowe i musieliśmy kupić sobie inne, brakuje czajnika (jest kawiarka ale herbata pachnie wówczas kawą). Uwaga na dojazd - jak wszędzie bardzo wąskie uliczki, fragmentami mijanki. Właściciele pracują w restauracji na parterze, są pomocni i mili. Polecam.

Joli appartement avec vue sur le lac. Suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes avec 1 grand chien. Hôte très gentille et serviable.

Die Wohnung ist für Familien ideal, da groß und geräumig. Das Bad ist zwar etwas klein, aber okay. Sie liegt oberhalb des Sees, somit hat man nachts ideale Temperaturen zum Schlafen. Das Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Wenn wir Lust hatten, konnten wir ohne großen Aufwand abends noch essen gehen oder uns ein Dessert oder Drink in die Wohnung holen. Der Lärm hat uns nicht gestört, da das Restaurant meist schon Feierabend hatte bevor wir ins Bett sind. Sehr nette Gastgeber!

Pro: Allgemein war es sehr gut.Die besitzerin war sehr Nett. Contra: die sofagarnitur ist sehr schlicht gehalten, es ist nicht sehr gut zum sitzen und ausruhen und es roch nach tieren. Und nach 00:00 ist es sehr laut wegen dem Restaurant. Der rest war sehr gut.

Top Aussicht, viel Platz, aber das Restaurant ist zu laut, vor allem nach dem die Gäste weg sind....Stühle und Tischrücken bis nachts um 01:00 Uhr..... viel zu hellhörig
