For shared use: property 10 ha with plants and trees, orchard, courtyard. Garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra), heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking. Grocery, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sestri Levante" 1.5 km, sandy beach 1.6 km. Tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Chiavari 10 km, Moneglia 10 km. Please note: car recommended. IT5085.200.2 is about 100 m from the main building. It is not allowed to use barbecue on the property.

Obiekt zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami ale w rzeczywistości należy mieć na uwadze, że druga sypialnia ma otwartą przestrzeń z salonem oddzielony parawanem p. Brak komfortu intymności . Blisko miasto, plaża, dworzec kolejowy.

Fantastische locatie en vakantieverblijf, ideiaal als uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving te verkennen. Minpunten zijn er te vermelden als geen airco, de koelkast die via een schakelaar te bedienen is en waar wij zelf zijn moeten achter komen (koelkast stond meerdere keren uit), openen van de vaatwas ging gepaard met het loskomen van de kantplank onderaan (verkeerde montage), en een te kleine keuken en leefomgeving voor 6 personen (4 personen is het maximum). Voor de rest niets dan lovende ervaring

Thank you for leaving us a review. The owner assures us that the dishwasher was properly assembled. The refridgerator is also fixed. In any case, we encourage guests to speak directly to keyholder who is locally assigned to take care of any on the spot incididents.

The apartment is very basic and a warren of tiny rooms. Only one person can be in the small kitchen at a time. There is no fan available despite warm weather. We were disappointed in the apartment and wouldn't rebook it.
