Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free).

Small cottage "Casa Marco", 3 storeys. In the district of San Bartolomeo 2 km from the centre of Colle San Bartolomeo, 3 km from the centre of Caravonica, 18 km from the centre of Imperia, on top of a hill, 19.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: terraced garden, 120 m2 with trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, supermarket 14 km, bus stop 4.6 km, sandy beach 21 km pebble beach 19.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23.5 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung und können diese weiter empfehlen! Die Lage und vor allem die Ruhe ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Vermittlung von Interchalet hat auch sehr gut geklappt.

Prachtig huisje in klein Italiaans bergdorpjeHester S.

Prima huisje, op een prachtige plek. De laatste weg die Google aangeeft kan je beter niet nemen, die is heel smal, stijl en heeft een paar onmogelijke bochten met de afgrond heel dichtbij. Je kan het beste de weg via San Lazzaro Reale naar boven rijden. Het huisje is schoon, ruim en de tuin is prettig en het uitzicht is prachtig. Het enige nadeel is de hond van de eigenaar. Deze zit dag en nacht opgesloten in een hok met zijn uitwerpselen op het terras en gaat s'avonds flink en lang blaffen.

Besonders hat uns die ruhige Lage gefallen weil wir vorher an einem anderen Ort mit vielen Touristen waren. Sehr erholsam. 30 Minuten nach Imperia und zum Strand waren kein Problem. Vermieter war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wunderbar ruhig und erholsam, weg vom Ferientrubel. Pro: Besonders hat uns die ruhige Lage gefallen weil wir vorher an einem anderen Ort mit vielen Touristen waren. Sehr erholsam. 30 Minuten nach Imperia und zum Strand waren kein Problem. Vermieter war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Moskitogitter vor allen Fenstern waren sehr angenehm.\nWir kommen gern wieder.

Schön, aber weit weg von allem…Iunia I.

Schönes Haus, sauber, netter Vermieter, entspannender Garten, ruhig… Nur die Lage ist nicht ideal: Wir hatten kein gutes Kartenmaterial von der Gegend und in der Wohnung war auch kaum etwas, so haben wir nicht wirklich viel gefunden, was man unternehmen konnte. Ich wäre gerne mehr gewandert, es war schwer, Routen zu finden. Unsere Navigationssysteme kannten die Ádresse des Hauses alle nicht, wir haben uns deshalb oft verfahren… das war nervig und zeitraubend.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Vermieter total nett, die Ausstattung prima… Das einzig nicht so Günstige ist die Lage, die doch recht lange Anfahrten bedeutet. Die Infos (z. B. Wanderrouten o. Ä.) waren schwer zu finden. Das Kartenmaterial aus der Gegend war zu grob. Unsere Navigationssysteme haben alle die Adresse des Hauses nicht gekannt, wir haben uns deshalb häufiger verfahren und sind stundenlang manchmal herum geirrt, bis wir diesen Berg wiedergefunden haben. Daher wäre besseres Infomaterial (z. B. Karten) hilfreich gewesen, damit man weiß, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Sonst sehr entspannt.

Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft lag hoch in den Bergen idyllisch mit wechselndem Wetter. In kürzerer Umgebung war ein typisches italienisches Restaurant mit interessanten Speisen, welches ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bot. Die Großmutter hat uns mit Eiern von ihren Hühnern angeboten. Wir konnten auch jederzeit frisch gepresstes Olivenöl von ihr kaufen.
