Apartment block, 5 storeys. 600 m from the centre of Sanremo, 5 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 7 km from the centre of Bordighera, 1 km from the sea. In the house: lift. Public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 800 m, bar 300 m, bicycle rental 800 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Sanremo" 1 km, sandy beach 1 km. Cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Teatro Ariston 1 km, Casino 1.5 km, Chiesa Russa 1.2 km, Piazza Bresca 1 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Location Description Sanremo

Well known resort on the western Riviera, Sanremo is a small lively city with its famous Casino – The Ariston theatre – where the popular music festival takes place every February. There is a picturesque tourist harbor and a nice sand and rocky beach. Sanremo is an ideal base for excursions to the surrounding villages on the hills (San Romolo) or to Montecarlo and the Cote d'Azur. Well-known town with 55'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 20 km west from Imperia, 15 km east from Ventimiglia, 40 km east from Montecarlo. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, casino, museum, cinema. Access: railway station in the resort.

Die Ferienwohnung war einigermaßen sauber. Teils stand noch das benutzte Geschirr von den Vorgängern schmierig (nicht richtig gespült) in der Abtropfschale. In der Anzeige steht drin, dass es einen Backofen gibt. Den hab ich nicht gefunden. Das WLAN ging bis zum letzten Tag nicht und es wurde sich auch nicht drum gekümmert. Der TV, der im Wohnzimmer steht, ist wohl schon lang defekt. Parkplatz auf der Straße ist ein Witz. Die gehören allen privaten Anwohnern. Nie wieder!

'- Parkplätze nicht vorhanden - Nur bedingt sauber - WLAN ging bis zum letzten Tag nicht, trotz angeblichem Kümmern - Fernseher ging überhaupt nicht (Kabel defekt?) - Backofen nicht vorhanden. Nur Induktionsplatten - Toaster nicht vorhanden - eher im "Armenviertel" von Sanremo - Fußweg in die Stadt / an Strand sehr steil und sehr steile Treppen. Sollte man zumindest erwähnen, da dies nicht für jeden machbar ist Würde ich definitiv nicht wieder machen und auch keinem empfehlen

Der Fernseher hat nich funktioniert, der WLAN hatten wir gebettelt am 2 Tag hatten wir ihn bekommen. Wen das nicht funktioniert Brauch es nicht reinschreiben.
