Beautiful, rustic 3-family house "Angolo di Sole". 3 km from the centre of San Remo, 24 km from the centre of Imperia, 30 km from the centre of Menton (Côte d'Azur), in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and flowers. Hot tub, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Sanremo" 3 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Local sale of farm products. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Location Description Sanremo

Well known resort on the western Riviera, Sanremo is a small lively city with its famous Casino – The Ariston theatre – where the popular music festival takes place every February. There is a picturesque tourist harbor and a nice sand and rocky beach. Sanremo is an ideal base for excursions to the surrounding villages on the hills (San Romolo) or to Montecarlo and the Cote d'Azur. Well-known town with 55'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 20 km west from Imperia, 15 km east from Ventimiglia, 40 km east from Montecarlo. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, casino, museum, cinema. Access: railway station in the resort.

Well equipped split home (each section can be rented separately) that is just outside city limits but is only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. The section of the house we rented is ideally for a couple although a pull out couch is available although not recommended for long term stays. Everything you need for self-catering is available. The patio is the best feature with good views, a fire grill, and plenty of space, especially if you have a pet. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder + 1 Hund) im Apartment. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist sehr schön ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick aufs Mittelmeer ist traumhaft. Jeder Zeit kommen wir gern wieder.

Hätten die Gastgeber sich etwas mehr Mühe gegeben, wäre dies sicher eine gute Bewertung geworden. Im eigentlich schönen Appartement waren bei unserer Ankunft deutliche Spuren der Vornutzer in Toilette, am Waschbecken, den Zusatzkissen im Kleiderschrank und ebenso in der Küche zu sehen. Die Gastgeberin darauf angesprochen, dass wir zunächst einmal geputzt hätten entschuldigte sich mit den Worten es sei vergessen worden und ob wir die Putzmittel gefunden hätten.

Die Wohnung wäre sehr schön gewesen, leider war sie nicht geputzt. Badezimmer, Zusatzkopfkissen im Kleiderschrank und Küche wiesen deutliche Spuren der Vornutzer auf. Die Gastgeberin darauf angesprochen, dass wir zunächst geputzt hätten erwiderte ob wir die Reinigungsmittel gefunden hätten.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien équipé, tout est en bonne état et bien arrangé. Angela est d'un très bon accueil et de service. Seul bémol des voisins bruyants et non respectueux, y a fallu se fâcher mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre

Wunderschönes Ambiente mit toller Außenküche. Nur Fünf Minuten bis ins lebhafte Zentrum von Sanremo, umso überraschender war die sehr ruhige Lage. Relaxing pur. A. und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieter. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Großzügige und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit riesiger Terrasse und herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Supernette, hilfsbereite und engagierte Vermieter, die jederzeit ansprechbar sind, da sie ihr Eigenheim im Souterrain bewohnen. Verschiedene auch freie Strandabschnitte und fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings braucht man für die Bergetappe Kondition. In der Hochsaison natürlich etwas knapp Parkraum am Meer und in der City. Schöne Parkanlagen und viele Möglichkeiten zum Bummeln und Essen gehen.
