Cosy terraced house. In the centre of Ventimiglia Alta 1.6 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 10 km from the centre of Menton France, 6 km from the centre of Bordighera, 750 m from the sea. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 250 m, bar 100 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 2 km, sandy beach "Balzi Rossi" 750 m. Marina 4 km. Nearby attractions: Museo Balzi Rossi 750 m, Giardino botanico Hanbury 4 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Ventimiglia

Ventimiglia, the first town on the Italian Floral-Riviera, lies between San Remo and Monte Carlo, 9 km from the French border. Sand and shingle beach and a lovely botanical garden. Numerous cafés, restaurants. Tennis, swimming pool, boat hire, water skiing. Town with 50'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 130 km west from Genova. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Casa con spazi angusti, ... simona t.

Casa con spazi angusti, bagno cieco senza areazione con water e bidet praticamente contro il muro (le ginocchia toccano il muro). Il letto e il tavolo completamente diversi da come si vedono in foto. Il tavolino troppo piccolo per poter mangiare, mancanza di posto dove sistemare la spesa e caldaia molto rumorosa. L' appartamento è molto buio, sotto un arco dove non batte mai il sole. Non forniti prodotti per pulizia e sacchetti idonei per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti. Trovare parcheggio è molto difficile soprattutto negli orari di apertura dei ristoranti appena fuori dal borgo. Unica nota positiva è la tranquillità della zona.

Bra läge, i mitten av den gamla delen i Ventimiglia. Det fanns många goda restauranger i närheten samt en liten livsmedelsbutik att köpa frukost och och lite annat smått och gott i. Lägenheten var väldigt prisvärd och fräsch för och vara så billig. Den var lagom för 1-2 personer. Hyresvärden var jättesnäll och behjälplig om man undrade något eller behövde hjälp. Rekommenderar starkt!
