Property composed of main house and outbuilding 600 m from the centre of San Alessio, 5 km from the centre of Lucca, in a sunny position, 30 km from the sea, 30 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with plants and flowers, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 07.Oct.). Table tennis, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycle rental. Breakfast and half board possible on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 700 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Viareggio" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Pisa 22 km, San Giuliano Terme 17 km, Collodi Pinocchio Park 20 km, Montecatini Terme 36 km, Monsummano Terme 38 km, Forte dei Marmi 41 km. Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

Schöne Ferienwohnung. Sauber und grosszügig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Herzlichen Dank für den feinen Wein und das Cappuccino zur Begrüssung/Verabschiedung. Wir durften als Familie ruhige und schöne Ferien verbringen. Die Kinder konnten den Pool geniessen. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto auch gut erreichbar. Der Strand von Viareggio ist zu empfehlen. Es lohnt sich auch einen Abstecher in die Bergen oberhalb von Massa zu unternehmen. Die Marmorsteinbrüche sind sehr beeindruckend.

Gute Unterkunft, alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Stadt Lucca in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

A nice villa that suited us well for meeting up with our daughter whilst we were touring in our Motorhome. We had space to park our 7.4m Motorhome and a hire car. Plenty of space inside and out. Unfortunately the mosquitos were very active so we gave up sitting outside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful as well as speaking good English. Need to knows - there are only a couple of two pin plug sockets, the rest are all three pin Italian so come prepared with the right adaptors. The pool is shared with the campsite, although it wasn’t crowded when we were there. Wi-Fi in the villa is patchy if you want to stream.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Pool war spitze und wurde immer gereinigt. Auch bei Fragen standen uns die Vermieter gern zur Seite. Rund um ein schöner Urlaub.

Ruime woning met ook ruime privétuin. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vriendelijk onthaal en ook tijdens verblijf kwam men enkele keren vragen of alles OK was. Enkele kleine opmerkingen : - Gras van tuin stond bij aankomst lang maar na opmerking was dit binnen de 2 dagen gemaaid. - Kuisen van appartement kon wat beter (hier en daar een spinnenweb aanwezig). - Zwembad is in principe niet voor de gasten van de camping maar de facto maken deze gasten er toch gebruik van.

Cette villa bien située et calme est à 5 km de Lucca et il n'y a que l'embarras du choix si vous voulez faire des visites.
