Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Shower/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Deck chairs (4). Facilities: mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 11.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Marina di Pisa" 43 km. Nearby attractions: Viareggio 41 km, San Giuliano Terme 23 km, Collodi (Pinocchio Park) 23 km, Firenze 70 km, Montecatini Terme 27 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 101 km. Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

Schönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien usw. Einzige Dusche etwas klein aber ok. Pool toll, könnte allerdings öfter gereinigt werden. Freundlicher Vermieter. (Weitere) Umgebung mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut. Interessante Ausflugsziele (Pisa, Lucca usw) innerhalb von ca. 40 min mit PKW leicht erreichbar. Hundegebell (zahlreiche Hunde in unmittelbarer Umgebung) rund um die Uhr nervt gewaltig!!

Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Pool perfekt!!! 2 mal wurde der Pool gereinigt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter!!! Werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!!

Das grosse Grundstück und der Pool waren super. Wir hatten eine Woche voller Sonnenschein und konnten unsere Ferien ausserhalb des Hauses geniessen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Erholen. Leider hat das auf den Fotos abgebildete Sonnensegel gefehlt. Es gab zwar einen Sonnenschirm, welcher aber nicht genug Schatten für uns beide abgab. Wir haben die Liegestühle dann unter die Bäume gestellt. Der Pool war auch nicht sauber obwohl in der Anzeige stand dass der Pool ab dem 20. Mai bereit ist. Der Vermieter hat ihn dann am Mittwoch (unserem 4. Urlaubstag von 7) sauber gemacht. Der Vermieter war unserer Meinung nach nicht sehr gut auf unsere Ankunft vorbereitet - er musste noch einen Grill besorgen, welcher er uns dann aber am Abend unseres Anreisetages noch brachte, und wusste nichts von der Kurtaxe. Die sprachliche Verständigung war teilweise schwierig (er kann nur italienisch und wenig englisch, wir kein italienisch aber englisch) und erfolgte meistens über WhatsApp
