House "Luisa". 2 km from the centre of Pisa, on the outskirts, 25 km from the centre of Lucca, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Outdoor shower. 300 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Pisa" 4 km, sandy beach 20 km. Golf course (9 hole) 24 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. The swimming pool is occasionally used by the owner.

Location Description Pisa

The Campo dei Miracoli and the leaning tower of Pisa are the main tourst attractions of this tuscan town with origins dating back to th year 1000 A.C. The majestic buildings of the former Maritime Republic of Pisa are also one of the attractions. Excellent railway connections with the other main town in Tuscany. The are 4 main areas: Pisana, Valdera, Valdarno inferore and Val di Cecina in which the territory is divided. Pisa is 35 km from Lucca and approx 90 km from Florence. Historical town 20 km from the sea.

C'est notre 3ème séjour dans cette location, nous nous y trouvons bien. Pour autant, il ne s'agit, EN AUCUN CAS, d'une maison pour 4 personnes. (pas de rangements suffisants, 2 chaises d'intérieur, etc... Par ailleurs, nous avons payé 319.0 € en 09/22, 619.00€ en 06/23 et 819.00€ cette année...Et là, le compte n'y est plus, d'autant que les équipements commencent a fatiguer (mobilier de jardin qui devait être changé, chasse d'eau qui fuit, etc... Je reste à votre disposition.

Weiterhin wurde sichergestellt, dass sich unser Ferienobjekt in einem vollständig sauberen, gründlich gewarteten Zustand befindet und dass kein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar ist. Wir bitten Sie zukünftig, direkt vor Ort Bescheid zu geben, sollten Unannehmlichkeiten für Sie auftreten. Es wird immer gern schnell assistiert, dass Ihr Urlaub voll zufriedenstellend verlaufen kann.

Vakantiehuisje zelf is vrij klein, maar door ruime patio ruim voldoende voor 4 mensen. Tuin is heel erg groot en dit geldt ook voor het zwembad (waar eigenaren heel soms in zwemmen).

Les + : calme, grande piscine, propriétaires charmants, très bien situé (voiture obligatoire) Les - : descriptif trompeur, impossibilité de loger 4 personnes, d'ailleurs il n'y a que 2 chaises dans la cuisine/salon. Salle d'eau minuscule et spartiate, la propreté et l'hygiène ne sont pas au rendez-vous : coussins (piqués d'humidité) du salon de jardin couverts de poils, équipement de cuisine basique et très fatigués. Augmentation du prix de 45% en 2 ans. Et invasion de moustiques.
