Private: property 1'000 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow. Pergola, garden furniture. 400 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Pisa" 11 km, sandy beach 25 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km.

Location Description San Giuliano Terme

The whole area of San Giuliano Terme, with over 30 000 inhabitants and 20 villages, spread over an area of 90 km², is an oasis full of history and natural wonders. Near the sea and the mountains, provinding opportunities for excursions, it is a crossroads between two art cities of Pisa (7km) and Lucca (15km). San Giuliano, near Pisa, is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday, where the thermal baths, already known in Roman time, offer a wide range of treatments for the well-being. Paolo und Stefanie sind tolle Gastgeber, die immer ein offenes Ohr hatten und Support boten. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Es gibt allerdings keine Klimaanlage, für den Hochsommer kann ich es nicht empfehlen. Sonst ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Abends hat man einen tollen Blick;-)

Domek bardzo fajny. Cisza, spokój, przepiękny gaj oliwny, widok na Pizę. Nie należy zniechęcać jeżeli chodzi o dojazd faktycznie jest bardzo stromo ale po którymś razie idzie przywyknąć. Minusem domu jest brak miejsca w szafach na ubrania, nasze przez cały pobyt były w walizkach. Co prawda są szafy w każdej sypialni ale bez półek. Ogólnie bardzo klimatyczny dom a z racji, że jest stary ma w sobie specyficzny zapach starego domu. Należy stwierdzić, że cena jest adekwatna do jakości.

Maison agréable avec très belle vue sur Pise. manque de petits électroménagers (micro-ondes / grille pain). eau non potable. Entrée et sortie facilitées.

Im großzügigem Haus haben wir den Urlaub benossen. Herausfordernd aber gut zu meistern war die Anfahrt. Bei idealem Urlaubswetter könnten wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück die Aussicht auf die Ebene zum Meer hin geniesen. Immer im Blick der schiefe Turm von Pisa.
