Rustic cottage "Belvedere", from the 17th century, renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of Vecchiano, 9 km from the centre of Pisa, 20 km from the centre of Lucca, in an elevated position on a slope, 15 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 7 ha with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 2 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, railway station "Pisa" 12 km, sandy beach "Marina di Vecchiano" 15 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km.

Location Description Vecchiano

The cozy place is located on the Serchio river, between Pisa (11km) and Lucca/24km), an ideal place for a vacation in Tuscany. In the central square there are restaurants and shops. Excellent starting point for bicycle tours on Lake Massaciuccoli (10 km) and through the Macchia di Migliarino to the sea with beach (13 km, dune beaches). The San Giuliano spa with wellness facilities is 6 km away. The popular sandy beaches of Viareggio are approximately 28 km away.

1. Spülmaschine war defekt 2. Kaffeemaschine war defekt 3. Pool Ablauf defekt. Mit vier Kinder war höhere Vorsicht geboten. 4. Haus und Geschirr ungeputzt 5. Müllsäcke und Spermüll am Poolhaus 6. 2 defekte Lampen 7. Eine Poolliege defekt 8. Ein Herd (2 Platten) defekt 9. Duschvorhang und Rutschmatte hatten viel Schimmel 10. Ein Bett defekt 11. Zwei Schränke defekt 12. Zufahrt zum Haus mit PKW fast nicht befahrbar 13. Badewanne läuft erst nach längerem warten ab 14. Pool Rand Schimmelbildung

Dejligt sted med flot udsigt. Hus og grund havde det, vi havde behov for. Dog synes vi at køkkenudstyr kunne have bedre standard. Når der bestilles til 7 personer, forventer vi også der er service til alle. Dette var ikke tilfældet Og med temperaturer på 38 grader kunne aircon være virkelig godt. Utrolig flink og hjælpsom udlejer.

Schönes rustikales Haus vollständig eingerichtet für 8 Personen. Gepflegter Pool und sehr großes Grundstück inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Die Küchengeräte entsprichen nicht deutschen Standards aber sind vollständig. Praktisch ist die Aussenküche. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Zufahrt war Anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber nach 2 Tagen Routine. Schöner Ort um Kurztrips an den Strand, nach Lucca und nach Pisa zu machen.
