Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Panoramic view of the countryside and the town. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Very comfortable cottage "Villa Carlotta", 3 storeys, semi-detached. 1.4 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Asti, 20 km from the centre of Alba, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: property 7'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (18 x 9 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: fitness room. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 700 m, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Beautiful house in a beautiful regionPeter d.

This house truly exceeded our expectations: - Great location on the top of a hill, with views on the castle of Costigliole, and within driving distance to many other great places to visit - The house itself was perfect and very spacious, just as the swimming pool and the very well-kept garden - And last,but certainly not least......the best hosts ever, who were extremely friendly and helpful by providing good tips and making reservations at some restaurants

Mooi huis, gigantisch zwembadjohann b.

Het huis ligt mooi net buiten een heel levendig dorp, in max 5 min met de auto in Costigliole. Je huurt een deel van het pand van de eigenaresse. De tuin is mooi en groot, mist een uitzicht door heggen rondom. Zwembad is 20x10m! Keuken is redelijk uitgerust wel met matige messen en (lelijke) borden. Kamer op 1e verdieping is enorm maar mist een douche in de badkamer. Kamer beneden naast de keuken is niet groot maar wel met badkamer, bovenste verdieping heeft alles zelf. Al met al prima voor 6p

Villa Carlotta has everything you could wish for: beautiful, spacious and very clean house, well-equipped kitchen, good beds, 2 terraces (1 covered), bbq, beautiful and quiet spacious garden, large swimming pool with plenty of shade around ... Very friendly and warm owners, helpful if there are questions but otherwise very discreet. We (6 adults) have spent a very pleasant holiday here! And also a good base to explore the region! And certainly to taste: their 'Scarus' Barbera housewine

Pro: Villa Carlotta has everything you could wish for as a traveller: beautiful, spacious, very clean and pleasant house, well-equipped kitchen, good beds, 2 terraces (1 covered), bbq, beautiful and quiet spacious garden, large swimming pool with plenty of shade around ... Very friendly and warm owners, helpful if there are questions but otherwise very discreet. We (6 adults) have spent a very pleasant holiday here! A must for those who have high demands! And also a good base to explore the region! And certainly to taste: the 'Scarus', Barbera wine of the house.

Tolles Anwesen mit guter Anbindung nach Asti und den "Pflicht"-Orten im Piemont. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unbedingt deren eigen Barbera d'Asti (DOCG) probieren. Der wächst quasi vor der Haustür

Wir haben nicht nur die schöne Landschaft, das überraschend warme Wetter, die Ruhe und natürlich das herrliche italienische Essen genossen. Wir waren auch sehr beeindruckt von der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft, dem makellos gepflegten Garten und Pool und das wohnliche “Château”.

We (two families of whom 3 children aged 8-9-10) had an absolute super time in A.'s house. A. and her husband are present at the house, but you don't see them unless you need them. And they have great fresh vegetables in their garden. The pool is wonderfull and REALLY big! The garden is a paradise with various places to sit, both sunny and shaded, with comfortable furniture. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of. And more.
