For shared use: natural garden (fenced), swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar with TV, internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycles available (extra). Parking on the premises. Grocery 300 m, sandy beach 800 m. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 5 km, Cecina 10 km, Castagneto Carducci 15 km, Vada 20 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. Wohnung war eine Zumutung, Küche sowie Badzimmer waren schmutzig, die Putzfrau musste 2x Kommen zum nachputzen, Gartentisch kaputt, Sonnenschirm kaputt, mussten beiden ersetzt werden, Schiebetüren von der Dusche war defekt, Siffon in der Küche war kaputt, Wasser tropfte raus (Siehe Video). Klimaanlage hatte nie funktioniert. Ab 15:00h Animation SEHR LAUT, Schwimme unmöglich Kinder sprangen in den Pool kreuz und quer ohne Rücksicht.

Presenta però tante, troppe, negligenze: - pulizia iniziale inesistente - numerose formiche in casa - lavandino bagno otturato - porta doccia rotta - nessuna indicazione su raccolta differenziata - topo in giardino
