Small resort "Mare di Ginepri", built in 2012. 10 houses in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Badesi, 22 km from the centre of Castelsardo, 75 km from the centre of Olbia, 300 m from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property with plants, swimming pool (above ground) (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.). Motor access (700 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, ferry "Porto Torres" 55 km, sandy beach "Badesi Mare" 300 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example.

Kleines Häuschen an guter ruhiger LageMiriam B.

Ds kleine Häuschen steht an stiller und ruhiger Lage inmitten der Dünenlandschaft umgeben von Pflanzen der Macchia. Es hat alles vorhanden was man braucht; Wasser (warm, kalt) und Gasinstallationen funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Haus haben wir sauber angetroffen. Das Check-in verlief mit den Betreibern angenehm und freundlich. Ein Auto ist jedoch infolge der Lage unbedingt nötig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

schöne Umgebung und einfache aber ruhige Wohnung. Naher Strand ist sehr schön. Leider ist der Vermieter cholerisch. Sei es bei Nachtbarn denen der Vermieter sofort die Schuld für jede Kleinigkeit gab (z.B als die Dusche verstopft war) oder unsere Kinder die im Pool nicht Ball spielen durften.... Ist zwar schöne dort aber leider wird das durch so ein Verhalten kaputt gemacht.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Leider wurde das umliegende Grundstück gar nicht gepflegt. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über Feldwege und ist nicht leicht zu finden - vor in der Nacht.

Cercavamo l'isolamento dal mondo e qui lo abbiamo trovato. Posto molto bello immerso nella vegetazione di una duna a ridosso di una spiaggia meravigliosa e selvaggia. Per chi vuole vivere a stretto contatto con la natura questo è il posto adatto.

Wir haben die Ruhe und familiäre Atmosphäre vor Ort genossen, mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch an den natürlichen, sehr weiten Sandstrand oder faul in der Hängematte vor der Doppelhaushälfte. - Es war gut zu sehen, wie wenig man braucht, um glücklich zu sein. - Durch die Anordnung der Häuser waren wir für uns. Bei Fragen hätten wir uns jederzeit an die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wenden können. - Wir kommen wieder.
