Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace partly, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Cosy, comfortable semi-detached house. 2 apartments in the property. In the resort La Conia - Cannigione, in a sunny position, from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: property with lawn and plants, beautiful garden to relax. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 80 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach 50 m pebble beach 100 m, diving center 2.5 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 10 km, Porto Cervo 16 km, Palau 15 km, Olbia 25 km, Baia Sardinia 15 km. Please note: car recommended.

In wunderschönem Quartier gelegen so nah am Strand. Der Raum im inneren ist eher Dunkel, aber man hält sich auch mehrheitlich draussen auf.

Kein Toaster vorhanden wie beschrieben. Haarföhn funktionierte nicht. Kein Muskitonetz an den Fenster, meine Kindern haben mir Leid getan. Voll verstochen. Küche nicht sauber, Teller noch schmutzig von Vorgänger. Wir waren nicht so Happy.

Cette demi-maisonnette (la partie droite sur la photo est une autre location) présente l'avantage d'être très proche de la mer (on voit la mer depuis la terrasse !), pas loin de Palau pour aller voir les iles Maddalena ou encore Porto Cervo. Espace correct (on était 2..) Du coté "amélioration", tout est fonctionnel mais absolument rudimentaire: depuis le lit jusqu'à la cuisine, la vaisselle, en passant par la salle de bain. (j'exclus la machine a café Nespresso et le wi-fi TB). Pas de clim.

La casa no podía estar en una mejor ubicación. Los alrededores y el jardin nos ha encantado. Èramos 4 huespedes, no 5 , nos dejaron cuna y no la necesitábamos. A la casa le faltaban algunas cosas como una tostadora , sábanas y toallas y unos colchones mas cómodos. Dormimos fatal. El secador de pelo no funciona.
