"Belvedere Bilo", 2-room house 35 m2. Simple and practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Terrace. Facilities: washing machine. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Please note: access to the Internet is possible via local hotspots. It is advisable to check the coverage in the apartment before buying a subscription.

Terraced house "Belvedere". In a sunny position, 400 m from the sea. Steep motor access. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shopping centre 600 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 300 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example.

Per la cifra pagata ho trovato l'alloggio estremamente essenziale, troppo. Alcune criticità ben evidenti sono state segnalate e l'intervento è stato veloce ma non sempre sono state risolte. Mancanza quasi assoluta di pentole e stoviglie. Decisamente qualità-prezzo non corrispondono.

In die Jahre gekommenes Domizil. Unser Objekt hatte einen sehr schönen Meerblick. Die Wohnung an sich ist jedoch sehr alt. Die Betten und die Küche inkl. großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach waren jedoch in Ordnung. Bei Regen hat es leider auf der Terrasse durchs Dach geregnet und wir konnten nicht mehr draußen sitzen. Zum Glück nur 1 mal in einer Woche. Nachdem wir hauptsächlich Wert auf den Meerblick gelegt haben, konnten wir uns mit der doch relativ alten Wohnung arrangieren.
