In the district of Monte Nai 300 m from the centre of Costa Rei, 16 km from the centre of Villasimius, 60 km from the centre of Cagliari, at the seaside, direct access to the beach. Private: natural state property with wildlife garden, natural garden, meadow, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop, restaurant 250 m, bus stop "Via Ichnusa" 100 m, railway station "cagliari" 70 km, sandy beach 50 m.

Die Unterkunft ist ... Julia E.

Die Unterkunft ist leider in einem sehr, sehr schlechtem Zustand. Natürlich war uns bei der Buchung bewusst, dass es nicht das modernste Haus sein wird, aber die Bilder spiegeln nicht ansatzweise das beklemmende Gefühl, welches wir hatten als wir das Haus das erste Mal betraten. Das Interieur ist stark abgenutzt, die Betten durchgelegen, Besteck ist nicht ausreichend vorhanden, das Geschirr war dreckig, das Bad war ebenfalls nicht richtig geputzt, überall roch es modrig und zum Teil brauchte man für einige Geräte wie z. B. die Waschmaschine oder den TV einen extra Adapter, weil der Stecker nicht passte... Wirklich toll ist dafür der Garten und die sehr nahe Lage zum Strand.

Das Haus ist sehr solide und in die Jahre gekommen. Wer Komfort und Luxus möchte,ist hier falsch. Das Haus verfügt über eine absolute Mindestausstattung, mehr nicht. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. nicht vorhanden. Bäder und Interieur sehr alt. Das Haus besticht allerdings mit seiner unbestechlichen Lage direkt am Strand. Der Zugang ist direkt durch den eigenen Garten und man ist am Meer. Wer also nicht so viel Wert aufs Haus legt, sonder mehr auf Lage,ist hier richtig.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und hat die volle Punktzahl verdient - nur ein paar Schritte bis zum wunderschönen Meer. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Oktober ist ok. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige Dinge könnte man bereits mit kleinem Aufwand aufwerten indem man defekte Dinge ersetzt (WC-Deckel, Schranktür, Duschschlauch usw). Schlüsselübergabe mit Verwaltung hat problemlos geklappt. Wlan nicht funktionstüchtig.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar! Die Ausstattung leider nicht vollständig für 6-8 Personen? Besteck (Löffel), Tassen fehlten, Gläser sehr aussortiert und „milchig“, keine Weingläser, kein Brett zum Schneiden, keine Schöpfkelle. Die Betten fast nicht zu beschlafen! Leider sehr lieblos angeboten.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, they also dealt with our only issue promptly. Our only problem was that the shower cabin is a bit too small, but other than that this house is amazing! 1 min walk from the most beautiful beach of Europe, close to shops and restaurants, what else do you need? :)
