Beautiful, cosy terraced house "San Pietro Green". In a quiet, sunny position, 150 m from the sea. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "San Pietro a Mare" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 17 km, Costa Paradiso 27 km, Stintino 75 km. Please note: car recommended. The house is in a pine forest, BBQ not permitted.

Schönes Haus, schöne Lage, aber…Jan P.

Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Quartier mit vielen Ferienhäusern nah am Strand von Valledoria. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Garten ist schön bewachsen und blickdicht. Das kleine Haus ist ausreichend für 4 Personen und wirklich gut geschnitten. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt… aber insgesamt müsste das Haus und das Inventar (nur 1 Weinglas!) etwas renoviert bzw. erneuert werden. Es gibt keine Abzugshaube über dem Gasherd, so dass es beim Kochen schnell stickig im Haus wird.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut hat uns die schöne kleine Terrasse gefallen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Unser Vermieter war zu jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Problemen geholfen.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung,es war alles sehr sauber.Der Garten war etwas ungepflegt.Die Betreuung vor Ort,beginnend mit einer früheren Schlüsselübergabe und einer persönlichen Begleitung zum Haus bis zur Abreise war einfach super,man konnte immer jemanden übers Handy erreichen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Apartament fajny zgodny z opisem, lecz brak papieru toaletowego. Brak WI-FI Otoczenie apartamentu - nie posprzątane, brak pojemników na segregację śmieci. Położenie blisko morza z piękną plażą.

Wir waren im Juli für 14 Tage dort und es hat uns eigentlich ganz gut gefallen. Eigentlich, weil wir das Pech hatten nebenan eine Baustelle zu haben und der Eigentümer dringend in die Küche investieren muss. Aber ansonsten ist das Haus wirklich schön und der naturbelassene Garten auch. Der Ort ist allerdings kein richtiger Ort - dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Um Abends mal bummeln zu gehen braucht man schon ein Auto um nach Valledoria zu fahren. Der Strand ist dafür ganz nah und total schön. Mit funktionierender Küche und ohne die Baustelle würden wir das Häuschen wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, bis zum kilometerlangen Strand braucht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung mit wenig Autoverkehr und schönen Gärten. Zwei Pizzerien sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Haus ist genug Platz für 4 Personen und es ist alles Notwendiges vorhanden. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten und Außendusche. Im September ist es sehr ruhig.

Schönes Haus, es hält in echt, was die Bilder versprechen. Manko: Keine Liegen im Garten und die direkten Nachbarn, wohl Dauerbewohner, sind ab morgens um 7 Uhr schon lautstark im Garten unterwegs. Das Haus leigt am Rand einer Wohnsiedlung, ist also ins italienische Leben eingebunden. Entfernung zum Meer ca. 150m, Pizzerria ca. 100m. Sehr gutes italienisches Essen.
