In the centre of Porto Palo di Menfi 9 km from the centre of Menfi, in a sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, south facing position. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 400 m, bus stop "Menfi" 9 km, ferry "Marsala" 65 km, sandy beach "Porto palo" 900 m, rocky beach "Porto Palo" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Archeologico di Selinunte 17 km, Sciacca 30 km, Marsala Aliscafi per Isole Egadi 63 km, Scala dei Turchi 75 km, Valle dei Templi Agrigento 87 km, Erice 109 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

Known for the excellent local wines The town is served by charging stations for electric cars. Small town with 13'000 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the island 5 km from the sea, 7 km from Porto Palo, 18 km from Selinunte, 80 km from Templi Agrigento. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Cultural events "Inycon" dedicata al vino in Settembre.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Küchengeräte). Aber ansonsten alles sehr sympathisch. Viel Platz in hohen Räumen. Man ist sofort "zuhause". Terrasse mit fantastischer Meersicht. 15 Minuten Autofahrt nach Menfi zum Einkaufen etc. Im Herbst sehr ruhig.

Le stanze sono due (non tre) di cui una soppalcata dotata di un letto matrimoniale, nella camera da letto la rete era sfondata. I bagni sono due con docce molto comode ma sprovvisti di bidet. La casa è strapiena di soprammobili, la dotazione della cucina, (padelle e pentole) è vetusta, forno e frigo sporchi, erano presenti residui alimentari e non di altri ospiti. Terrazza splendida, spiaggia molto bella raggiungibile in 15 min. a piedi tramite sentiero impervio tra gli scogli.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage mit einer genialen Terrasse und zwei großen Bädern. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe und hat sicher schon einige Jahre hinter sich. Man spürt die Federn und jede noch so kleine Bewegung. Die Klimaanlage ist alt und so laut, dass man nachts lieber darauf verzichtet und mit dem Deckenventilator auskommt. Bei diesem Preis kann man den Kauf eines neuen Bettes erwarten! Hinzu kommt: man bezahlt für Klima und Handtücher extra! WLAN sehr schlecht.

Wer einen authentischen sizilianischen Ort sucht, fernab vom gefälligen Toskanafeeling, mit allem, was man braucht, der wird es hier lieben: traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, herrlicher Sandstrand, der nur über einen felsigen Pfad erreichbar ist, kulturelle Highlights und Ausgrabungsstätten nicht allzu weit entfernt…Wir haben unsere Woche zu zweit hier sehr genossen.

Das Ferienhaus ist klassisch eingerichtet und wird von der Inhaberfamilie die nebenan wohnt sehr fürsorglich betreut. Es wird aber eine sehr gute professionelle Distanz zu den Gästen gewahrt, wenn man als Gäste das so möchte. Die Vermieter selber sprechen dabei ausschließlich italienisch. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr beeindruckende Aussicht aufs Mittelmeer. Leider keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Der wirklich sehr schöne Strand ist zu Fuss über eine Serpentine und mit dem Auto in 15min erreichbar.
