3-family house "Seccagrande". In the hamlet Seccagrande 10 km from the centre of Ribera, in a sunny position, 10 m from the sea, road to cross, south facing position. Public parking on the road. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 500 m pebble beach, shingle beach 20 m, rocky beach 2 km. Nearby attractions: Eraclea Minoa 12 km, Scala dei Turchi 30 km, Valle dei Templi Agrigento 42 km, Palermo 118 km, Trapani Traghetti per Isole Egadi 130 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Entrance via the external scale with 15 steps. The house consists of 4 apartments. Other restaurants (open from May to September) 500 m / 1 km.

Attimo vita mare… l’appartamento ha degli arredi obsoleti e poco pratici… sono rimasto senza coprivater per una settimana. La proprietaria e la figlia astiose e arcigne senza un minimo di premura per il cliente. Esperienza non positiva non consiglio la locazione

Nulla da dire al mare e al posto fornito di tutto e a pochi passi. Supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti... Addirittura ogni mattina passa il furgoncino del pane! Il mare bellissimo, pulitissimo e anche la spiaggia che non è sabbiosa quindi munitevi di scarpette adatte ad entrare anche in acqua. La casa con una vista mozzafiato se non fosse per gli alberi fioriti che occupano l'80% della visuale! L'abbiamo trovata pulita ma da curare il bagno che purtroppo cade a pezzi. Gentili tutti del posto!
