Simple farmhouse "Il Valacchio", 2 storeys, semi-detached. 5 km from the centre of Sovicille, 14 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet position. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool round (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 08.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Sovicille" 4 km, railway station "Siena" 15 km. Nearby attractions: San Gimignano, Pienza, Florence 80 km.

Logement atypique et fonctionnel, Piscine très spacieuse. Beaucoup de moustiques donc bien s'équiper. Propriétaire très disponible si besoin.

Location très sommaire, ustensile de cuisine presque inexistant, ni four ni micro-ondes, douche qui coule à travers le plafond, heureusement la piscine est magnifique propre bien entretenue par Franco , endroit bien placé pour les visites

Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig, aber das Wohnzimmer (über einen kleinen Schotterweg erreichbar) ist unbrauchbar und macht den Eindruck eines Abstellraumes das haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist sehr eng sodaß wir nur einmal auf dem Grundstück zum Ausladen geparkt haben. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und abgelegen.

La casa e piccola ed è la tipica casa di campagna. Ma la pace che si respira tutto intorno e la fantastica piscina compensano magari ai servizi semplici interni. La signora R. e molto gentile e disponibile. Diciamo che il Valacchio è un angolo di pace in Toscana.
