In a hamlet with 5 houses 12 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, 9 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 80 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property, plants and trees, swimming pool fenced (6 x 13 m, depth 80 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 20.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 07:00-21:00). Outdoor shower, tennis (1 x hard court), terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 1.8 km long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises.
