Country house "Selvapiana", semi-detached. 3 houses in the resort. 2 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 20 km from the centre of Firenze, on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers. Garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot (15.Nov. - 01.Apr.). Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km. Riding stable 5 km. Please note: main road 100 m from the property. It is a tourist location granted for short periods in a temporary way without the supply of the accessory or complementary services.

Location Description Greve in Chianti

236 m a.s.l. >>Greve is one the the most important town of the "Chianti Classico" area and every September hosts the most important Wine Show of the region. It has a lovely square with portico where occasionally there hold an antiques market. Well-known, historical resort with 2'700 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, 30 km south from Firenze, 40 km north from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

The spacious accommodation was very clean and extremely well equipped. Externally the pleasant garden was well maintained with plenty of garden furniture and bbq and pleasant views over the neighbouring vineyards. Our host, M. was very friendly and the location of the accommodation was ideally situated for local amenities in Greve.

Sehr schönes Apartment, SUPER netter Vermieter, leider jedoch ein Hundezwinger mit 6 Hunden in direkter Nachbarschaft, die permanent abends zur Einschlafzeit der Kinder im Chor bellen.

Je recommande cette maison charmante, en parfait état, propre et bien équipée. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute, bienveillant et a répondu positivement à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons cependant eu deux mauvaises surprises: 1/Interhome a essayé de nous faire payer le gaz alors qu'il était clairement précisé sur notre réservation Booking que tout était compris. 2/La maison est située à 50 mètres au dessus d'une station service ce qui n'est (volontairement?) pas montré sur les photos.

Woning voldeed aan de beschrijving op de site. Vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar Massimo. Alles was piekfijn in orde en proper. Meer dan voldoende huisraad zelfs tot en met de koffiecapsules voor het espresso-apparaat. We hebben genoten.

Eine schöne Woche in der Toskana Pro: Die Wohnung, der Pool, der Garten alles sehr schön und sauber. Ausreichend Liegestühle von guter Qualität im Garten und im Pool. Gute Ausstattung an Geschirr, Handtücher. Man ist schnell im nächsten Ort. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Contra: Leider ist die Straße die unterhalb liegt doch sehr laut. Da wir bisher Wohnungen/Häuser mitten der Natur hatten, empfanden wir das als störend. Am Pool ist es schon etwas ruhiger.

Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, die Stadt Greve/Zentrum mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus hat ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, die beiden Bäder sind sauber, der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Leider kein W-Lan. Ansonsten eine wirklich gute Unterkunft.
