Lejlighed med god plads. Køkken med kogeø (ingen ovn). Dejlig og stor terrasse med flot udsigt. Godt internet i lejligheden. Ca. 100 m til pool og tennisbane. Både pool og tennisbane i god stand. Ca. 7 km til nærmeste indkøbsmulighed (Montaione). Dejlig modtagelse og generel service af værten M.. Et sted, vi sagtens kunne vende tilbage til.

Es war ganz wunderbar: Es gab eine nette & sorgsame Betreuung durch die Geschäftsführerin Martina der Agritourismo, zu der diese Wohnung gehört. Alle Probleme (wir hatten 3) wurden schnell und prompt behoben ! Die Lage oben auf dem Berg führte dazu dass immer ein laues Lüftchen wehte - sehr angenehm! Der Pool ist sehr sehr gross, wie ein Schwimmbad. Es gab deutsches SAT-Fernsehen u toll war die Bar mit Osteria gleich über die Strasse mit leckerer Küche. Und eine grosse Terrasse! Alles ganz toll

Helaas voldeed de locatie niet aan onze verwachtingen van een agriturismo. San Vivaldo is een gehucht, een straat met portiekwoningen waarvan er een aantal appartementen verhuurd worden aan toeristen. Aan de achterkant hadden we een heerlijk terras met prachtig uitzicht. Appartement was prima ingericht en schoon. Slaapkamers aan de voorkant waardoor er veel geluidsoverlast is. Een fijn zwembad ligt aan het begin van de straat en voor de tennisbaan moet een flinke wandeling naar beneden maken.
